“I promised my nephew he could come visit and take a trip to this store. They live an hour away. We showed up and they were closed and his heart sank. The owner graciously opened the doors and let the kids in for a private shopping experience! They were so amazing and kind to do so. If you have a Pokémon loving kid than you should stop in! 10/10 recommend!”

Always a pleasant experience, the organization and ease of seeking out exactly what you're looking for + finding something new you'd like is a major benefit. The online shopping component with pick-up (or shipping if you're short on time) along with the helpfulness of the people working here are also reasons why I end up coming back.I'm a big proponent of shopping around in different spots and I've tried other shops that are not too far away but end up defaulting to here 95% of the time, if not more by now, due to the all the positives.”
“Good experience. Found Bob and employees very thorough. Answered all our questions when we were selling a long held collection. He is straight forward on pricing and explained valuations if needed. We spent about 2 hours in store to complete the sale. I would easily recommend them. Music choice playing while there, was a bonus.”

I could spend hours in this store...they have every type of craft you may want or need...from small furniture/lamps to artifical flowers, cake decorating equipment to garden items...huge variety of other items...this is a must visit if you are a crafter...”
“Been here a couple of times as of late. Had to return some items. They have turned 3 registers into self service kiosks which is great! Not for those paying cash or customers with returns. The day I needed to return I had an appointment, thought I would stop in return and leave. There was a woman that bought a whole bunch of stuff for a nonprofit. Needless to say waiting in line 30 minutes before they helped the return (me) and cash paying customers was a bit much. I am a patient person, but was really annoyed. They just kept yelling out you can use the self serve kiosk, what happened to customer service?”
“So after learning about the 70% mega framing sale last year, we waited to get two canvases stretched and framed until the sale again this year. Great job, quick and easy process. The only thing that surprised me was when I picked up the framed canvases, they were simply wrapped in brown paper. There were no cardboard corner savers, which I thought should have been included when you spend hundreds of dollars on a frame. Oh well, good thing I had two large moving blankets in the SUV to wrap the frames and transport them home.”

“Michael’s corporate return policy is not customer friendly, they will straight up steal from you if you don’t have a receipt. That being said, customer service was very helpful. At this store, Eileen and Rebecca were extremely kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Thank you both!”
“There was an Outdoor arts and crafts show that tempted me but it was at least half an hour to an hour further north than where I was that put me in a crafts mood. Nothing better than immersing myself at Michael’s! Shout out to Jason in the Frame department who expertly guided me to the most beautiful graduation certificate frame! Thank you Jason!
Next time you get in an arts and crafts mood I recommend you visit Michael’s too! ☺️?? And while I was there I found Very beautiful reasonably priced beaded bracelets!! ☺️? ”
