When I initially spoke with customer service to reserve the unit, I was not made aware of the limited promotional price. To my surprise, the rate increased more than double after 3 months, but the gentleman on site understood my grievance and lowered the rate to a more affordable price, and for that I am truly grateful. Great doing business with you!

I’ve never used a storage unit before but Extra Space made everything so easy! And they even called me the first night to let me know my lock wasn’t on correctly because they check nightly. I was able to go over and fix it ASAP before anything happened. It made me confident I made the right choice!
