I got to the store and they had cancelled part of my order even though the items were in store which delayed me about 30 minutes while they went and got my stuff and also have to wait at the store while the manager try to figure out if they had charged me or not for those items. I particularly order the items to the store that had them available which was 30 minutes away from my home because they were not available for shipping or near my home store. It was a very unpleasant and sour moment.

The Piscataway store is a mess. It needs a makeover. Plus, there is an alarm sounding that they can't shut off for days now! Not a great shopping experience and I'm sure the animals must love hearing a high pitched beeping sound 24 hours a day.

I'm not very happy with vetco because they never sent me the vet records for my cat which they charge me $90 for two shots that's supposed to be cheap? Not really especially when you don't get the records and you have to chase them down

A super place where we get all pet related stuff. I went to buy few fishes and the experience was amazing- The person who helps to serve was awesome. He suggested me to but kind of fishes which are safe to the old fishes. He looks like experienced and friendly. He is 5 star person. Not forgetting the lady at billing counter she is super friendly and courteous.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a cashier [lady with airpods]I was shopping for a DoorDash/Instacart order and approached the cashier for assistance in locating a few items. To my surprise, she was unhelpful and dismissive.
saying that we get paid for finding the items in store.Despite politely explaining that I was in a hurry to complete a customer's order, she refused to assist me in finding the items I needed.
As a delivery service shopper, time is crucial, and a little help from store staff can make a significant difference. It's disappointing when employees are unwilling to support us in providing timely service to customers. I hope the store management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service in the future.

We took dog training here. The trainer told us she will train fun games and commands like hold , roll over and leash walking but she just taught only sit, down and wait. He was good with basic commands since he was 3 months old. I tried to explain her many times but she was very rude and unprofessional, she don’t even care about our expectations. I don’t recommend dog training here because they just don’t train what they say. The trainer lured us saying all requirements will be fulfilled but during the training sessions she was like she have to follow curriculum. If they don’t do anything extra from the curriculum then why do they give hope and make us join and waste our time and money.

The water is polluted, the fish are sick and die ,
Got a $40.00 star fish and it was dead ..

I was nervous about taking Bleu to a new veterinarian service. The entire staff was great, compassionate and I knew Bleu was in good hands. I think Bleu knew it too! ?
