We love all the women who work at the front desk and with whom we communicated. Those ladies are very professional and nice, we are genuinely impressed by the quality of communication they provide.
The repair was done very quickly, several days earlier than was estimated so - praise to the shop team!
We also like that there were reminders sent in texting. It was very convenient.

Even though my car was deemed a total loss I can’t say enough wonderful things about Auto Pro!! Almost everyone that I dealt with was professional, friendly and polite.
My only complaint was with one of the employees, Kiana (at front desk) who at first seemed to be very friendly & helpful especially while I was gathering my personal items from my vehicle. I was obviously upset because I no longer had a car but Kiana gave me hope when she offered to help and told me not to worry she would find me a car since she had worked in dealerships & she still had contacts. She gave me her number and told me to call her the next day. I was very appreciative of her offer but when I reached out to her the following day she told me to lose her number!!
Why offer to help & give me your number only to tell me to delete it and not contact you again?? I never asked for your help & I wouldn’t have your personal number without you giving it to me.
It was mean spirited & hurtful. .

My repair experience after getting rear-ended was great. Easy to set up appointments to get estimate, drop off/pick up car and rental car. Getting in a car accident is always frustrating, but Kiana (front desk) and Oliver (estimator) made the process less stressful. They are professional, efficient, and kind.
Repair team did an excellent job paint matching. Beautiful work, I couldn’t be happier! They also washed and detailed the car, which was very much appreciated! I’d highly recommend to friends and family.
