I recently rented a storage unit at the Secure Space Storage location on Shelton Rd and my experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The facility itself is impeccably maintained, clean, and feels highly secure. The tour provided a clear view of the well-lit hallways, climate-controlled options, and overall pristine condition of the property, which immediately instilled confidence.
However, the true highlight of our visit was Jessica. Her service was nothing short of exceptional. She went above and beyond our expectations in every way. Next month makes a year since I’ve get my unit and they are about to raise my rate again. So by tomorrow the increase would be equivalent to almost $200 additional to the original price. I have an outdoor unit so of course the rats get in . My stuff are elevated so I never cared but what are yall doing with all this extra money I’m getting charged ? I was confused about the first increase after 6 months but to move all my stuff would’ve been a headache but another $100 is insane. Only way around this is to pay 6 months up front. If I had all that money up front I probably wouldn’t need a storage . Disappointing but It’s their business and I just have to accept it .
