I had a wonderful experience at this postal service shop. The staff here truly go above and beyond to help their customers, and it shows in the way they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you have exactly what you need.

I was there today, August 20 11/07 am and received excellent service with a smile very professional very accommodating kind too. I believe the gentleman‘s name was Abdul. I would definitely return to this store!!

Stop to get a document notarized but they where busy Deepti, Andy, Abdul worked as a team and they where able to help everyone in an efficient manner.

This is the worst place for a UPS store. Corporate needs to ban or relocate UPS stores that are totally incompatible with the parking lot layout/plaza layout of the area. Always a headache here.

I had an Amazon return that was problematic and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to return it. Abdullah took over the beast and packed it perfectly. He made a very smooth transaction and I was happy to have it done. Abdullah is sharp, professional and very pleasant!

I went to the UPS Store in Piscataway, on Centennial Ave, with a very large and cumbersome item I needed to ship. The gentleman there was very patient, calm, and cooperative. Though he was unable to help me, he recommended ways I could send this package. The line at the store grew longer and he just continued to be helpful, calm, and cooperative. This store is convenient and the staff behavior must (have to) meet the professional standards established by the Corporate Home Office.
