Disappointing Experience at 3 Skiles Rd USPS
The customer service at this location is very poor. The staff were unhelpful and surprisingly rude to customers. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a post office. Needs serious improvement in how they treat people.

I have been having many issues with this post offlice. My credit card statements are lost or delivered to the wrong house. My packages are delivered to other houses even though my house has a big number on the mail box. The people at the office always make excuses for the missing mail you did'nt received and say " well, sometimes envelopes stick to each other ". The black lady is clueless. She can't tell a letter from a very small package. They only make excuses and their service sucks. What is worse is the supervisor who doesn't answer your phone calls or do anything about your issues. They should hired new and well trained people.

This place is absolutely horrible because of one particular employee. The chunky African American lady with the short hair at the counter needs to learn some serious manners & not be so rude!!! EVERY single time I go in here she has a bad attitude. Seriously, if you’re that miserable with your job go somewhere else. She needs to learn how to properly treat people.

It’s so sad, you can’t even trust the one’s that’s suppose to deliver your items or hold your items for you to pick up anymore. I received a notification that my order was delivered and that I picked it up at the USPS however that is a lie. It is most likely that an employee stole my item and marked it as delivered. So sad and disappointing!
