One of the worst run pharmacies I've encountered. Medications are consistently out of stock, you can't reach anyone at the pharmacy by phone, you have to come to the location on multiple occasions just to pick up one prescription. It really is a complete waste of time to come to this location, and it's beyond frustrating! And if they decide to split the allotted medication, it costs you more than if you wait for the entire allotment. Honestly a terrible pharmacy...this location completely sucks in every aspect.

Didn’t get her name but there was a woman working in the beauty section who couldn’t find the time in her day to mind her business! I’m smelling some perfumes and she wanted to be nosey and tell me they all smell the same and it’s not gonna change if i smell it again as if i asked her for input. She was overall rude and nosey, who’s her mother idk!!!!

Not sure what happened to the pharmacy here. They used to be good. Last few months I can’t get anyone on the phone when I have a question or need a refill prescribed. Extremely frustrated at this point. Changing pharmacies.

In a world surrounded by so much negativity it was a true delight to be treated the way I was yesterday at this Walgreens. I visited the pharmacy drive-thru at 6:30pm on 1/23/25. I am saddened that I didn’t get her name, but what a worker she was. My boyfriend was involved in a major car accident. The prescription I needed was for him. Needless to say I’ve been pretty down and drained. The way I was treated literally gave me a sense of calming. The amazing part about it all is, I am sure she has no idea how appreciative I was of her. She was just doing her job the way she knew best. All in all, it is amazing to be kind to people, you have no idea what one might be going through.

They never answer the pharmacy phone. Thank god I’m not a diabetic or have seizures etc because I would be dead because they would never tell me when I can come pick up my medication. If I could give -4 stars I would

Don’t make an appointment here for a vaccine, you will wait 2 hours then be told to wait longer and then they forget about you. They don’t care, was so insulting and I been going here since I was a child. They do not respect your time. Pharmacy part soulless but the front end of the store is great. Go anywhere else.

I called 3 times to fill a prescription, was told it would be ready for pick up, but it was never filled. It is clear that the staff does not care about the well-being off the customers and the pharmacists have horrible communication, resulting in patients not getting the medicine they need. Very unfortunate. I do not recommend filling any sort of prescription here.

So I’m asking one of the pharmacists if magnesium is good for muscle cramps and such thing and Naiomi rudely jumps in and is like against the wall I’m in pain from cramps in legs and stomach and I’m like ok so I go it’s not on the wall the other pharmacist says it’s in I’ll 19 ok np then she comes to me and still doesn’t know I figured it out after 10 minutes🤷🏽♂️😔

With such a big corporate company, you'd think they'd have clean bathrooms. The bathroom here is the most disgusting thing I've seen. It compares to a gas station bathroom in the hood of Trenton.

Sign with sale price right in front of the cashier's station but Debra the cashier still refused to honor the sale price listed. Stating that the sign was wrong. Rolling her eyes as she waited for a manager to void the transaction. Manager comes over and as I tried to explain the price is listed wrong to the manager, Debra proceeds to tell the manager just void it. The manager checked the sign and tells Debra she should've honored the sale price. Debra rolled her eyes at the manager and proceeds like nothing has happened. Didn't even bother her that customers in the long line proceeds to put items back and walk out. Rude and Unprofessional is an understatement.......
