“We are Canadians on our way to Florida when we had a problem with our Honda CR-V. Honestly, not knowing any good auto repair shops in New Jersey, we chose this one online. What a great choice! We were seen and taken care of quickly and very efficiently! The gentleman at reception and the owner were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly (we only speak a little English). They repaired our car immediately so we could continue our trip! We were even driven back to the restaurant while they were doing the repair! A huge thank you for your professionalism and kindness; we are very grateful!”

“Been using pitman auto for a few years. I've scheduled appointments and dropped off in a breakdown situation. Both times they've called same day and let me know what was going on with the car and when it would be done.
They are reasonably priced and don't push the upsell on unnecessary repairs. Would recommend!”

“This is a find. This body shop and collision repair is way above average. They do great work, and will make sure you get the kind of repairs you want and need, not what your insurance company wants. I have used them myself, and any friends and family that I have steered to Mike Cavallero and his shop have been more than satisfied. I recommend without reservation. Sadly, the above two ratings are regarding only one bad experience, which I suspect is the insurance company's reluctance to reimburse the client.”
