Well during the assessment they identified a serious issue that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. Dan and his team fully explained the issue and also provided me with some information they researched. The manufacturer had identified the defect in a general service bulletin. However, the manufacturer never contacted me about the potential defect!!Dan and his team fixed the issue. By going the extra mile each time I go in for routine service at A 1 a potentially serious situation was averted.”
