Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help guide you through bike selections (we have 3) and service/maintenance decisions. “Purchased a Giant Contend AR1 from this shop. What a great experience! Steve was very helpful in talking me thru this purchase. He was patient and very informative about the different models Giant offered. They ended up having exactly what I was looking for in stock the day I walked in. I even found a bike there for my 13 yr old daughter and bought that too. We both came in the next day to get fitted. Matt was super thorough in fitting both of us. He explained how everything work and didn't finish the fitting till we were completely satisficed and comfortable with the bike and its features.
