I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation. “I brought my printed pictures from my trip, and wanted copies for my friend. My daughter took them for reprints at the self help kiosk. The printed pictures were much lighter than the original ones. A few days later I took them back to ask if they can be printed darker. The gentleman stood with me at the kiosk and showed me how to make all the adjustments to the color. My reprints look great!And he didn't charge me for the second set. Good customer service!”

“I just have to say how AMAZING Rebecca is. I am came in the store this afternoon and the store was rather busy. Rebecca took multitasking to a whole new level. She was working with 3 customers at the same time and apologized for the wait. I was having issues with my watch connecting with my phone. She tried to connect it several times and it wouldn't work. She finally called in to Tmobile and was doing all of this while working with other customers. Finally she figured out that my watch was connected to 2 numbers. She did a reset on my watch and finally it was fixed. She made a point to not let me out of the store until she called my phone to make sure my watch was truly connected. She is the best! THANK YOU REBECCA!”

“So I went in to get a tv. I was met by Nick Weissmann. I was gonna get something cheap for my ps5. He talked about different tvs, brands and specs. I told him what I was looking for in size. I purchased an LG TV. It was a little more than I wanted but man, it was worth it.
