“I went in to the Glassboro store today after a very unpleasant visit to the Sicklerville store. The employees at Glassboro especially Steve Griffith made the experience easy. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I can’t say enough about how he went out of his way to make sure we were completely set up and satisfied with the results of our phone transfer from Xfinity to T-Mobile. Steve is who you want teaching a master class on customer service. I will tell friends and family to use this store for all your T-Mobile needs.
Please do not go to Sicklerville store, you will be treated badly and rudely dismissed like you are not worth their time even after my second attempt to ask for help with a phone transfer. Poor poor service.”

“This review is not for the actual store, but who the store subs out to for installations. Marino was extremely helpful. Did a great job in setting up the 75 inch! TV made sure everything worked properly, settings were correct. I know this might not sound like a difficult task however when you’re seniors, it’s difficult to lift a 75 inch TV and install it. Marino did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable and personable! They came on the day and time allotted. Thank you team!”

“Came to the Mall Store on 2 separate visits and were helped by two of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys!! Noah and Justin helped my mom (83) with her new iPhone getting it set up and giving her tips on how to use it.
Noah had such patience with her and answered all her questions with kindness. He found the best solution for her by listening to what she had to say. Justin treated her with such warmth and was so courteous to her as well. Hard to find this level of customer service anywhere and this store is a shining example of what good customer service looks like!! She left, one happy customer. Basil was quick to help and he led me to a drawer where we picked through some 'aftermarket' replacements that they had there AT NO CHARGE, and he helped me find the right size and even handed me a few extra PAIRS! A pleasant surprise, thank you! And I wasn't charged a cent! ?”

“The service representative Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The service representative on the phone was uneducated and gave this man an extremely hard time. He is so well versed with his knowledge on Metro technology that he had to coach the reps on the phone regarding how to do job. He was very professional with me. It was 15 mins before closing and he worked on my phone for hours. I haven’t met a person with that sort of work ethic in any customer service experience in a very long time. I’m so impressed. He is an asset to MetroPCS and it would benefit this company to hold onto him and give the man a raise!!”

“Is 7/11 is a few blocks from downtown Pittman. Pittman is a relatively nice town, so, as far as 7/11's go, this one is better than average. Friendly and helpful staff and a well stocked store. The only issue I've found is a small parking lot. This isnt an issue unless its rush hour.”

I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. “My dad wanted to see if he could save some money switching from AT&T. (Spoiler, he could save A LOT of money.) We kind of expected that based on the advertised deals. What we didn't expect was what a great experience and how much fun we would have. Lucas was wonderful! He helped us get the best family deal, he was sooo knowledgeable, sooo patient, and just all around awesome. He answered our millions of questions and we couldn't feel better about the transaction.
