Ok let me say these people are very nice people however if you use RAW cones they are making there own and selling them.The reason I say this is because the past few times I bought them the box has bin crushed up the cones themselves are unraveling and if you know what the sticks look like they are skinny cardboard and the ones they have in there's are basically uneven different size straws cut up.So they are basically using rolling papers and tips and making there own and god knows we're the boxes are recycled from. I have always supported them I don't appreciate this foollishness. Makes me think what else you are pulling?

their customer service is great!! the other day, it was a raining and i was carrying my 2 year old in while also carrying a large bag of ice in to buy. after paying i picked my daughter back up & the large ice bag but the man working offered bringing it out to my car for me! of course i took him up on that (the bag of ice was heavier than my child i was carrying & the rain). it may have been a small gesture but it meant a lot!! i’ll be shopping there as needed just because of this interaction.

Best little Bodega around!! Family owned and run. Always nice to walk in and get a smile and friendly greeting from jiggy and all his family. He always carries my water to my car for me. They have just about anything you could want or need. And if they don't have it? Just ask them to get it for you. They have lottery as well. Like I said...best little Bodega around glassboro.

I'm telling you, this may be a small spot but they definitely hit me with a big impression! I couldn't find a vape for my wife, which I found was backordered, and looked everywhere to find it. Pitco was the 19th store I called. Firstly, they actually answered the phone, pleasantly, and then just as importantly for me, also actually had what I was looking for. Kudos sirs, kudos. I know a convenience store is made to be convenient.. but after that experience, and how straight up chill these dudes were, I can say I'll now drive a little out of my way to throw THIS place my business. ????

The staff is very nice, but I find it annoying when I'm walking around just thinking about what I need, and one of them comes over to ask if I need help with something. I know people may see it like their just doing their job, but if I need help, I will ask for it. I know there are times when I'm wandering around the store and it may appear to them I look lost or don't know what I'm looking for but it might be just because I'm trying what to decide to have for dinner that night. I need to concentrate and don't like being disrupted. There was another time another one of the staff kept asking me repeatedly if he could help with something. This is just excessive!I just need for the staff to give me more space to shop.
