“My favorite post office. Everyone is so friendly. Especially Jess, who usually helps me. Also the pretty blonde with glasses, she is helpful and sweet to all, yet about her business!
Parking lot is a little tight, take extra precaution when pulling in & out of the parking spaces. It’s a lot easier when people don’t block the lot entrance, as the signs states. I try to look for a spot before turning in so i know how to maneuver my car”

“Out of all the post offices I’ve been to I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as I did today. The gentleman working this morning was so genuinely friendly. I needed stamps and he noticed my stack of Christmas cards and asked if I wanted holiday stamps, then showed me all the different ones they had. We also exchanged some pleasant conversation. Overall I’ve never had a postal worker be so nice, most of the time they seem either miserable or disinterested being there.”

“Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”
“Just left after having an appointment for my passport. Bryant was so very helpful, pleasant and engaging. He assured me that I had no worries. “The Barrington Post Office is the best in the area. Postmaster Yulia and clerks Lisa and Jiovette are outstanding in performing their duties, as expected, with knowledge and customer relations. They are so even tempered with their friendliness, courtesy, and understanding with ALL patrons. They never get rattled with disgruntled customers. I wish there was a method for other postmasters and clerks to watch and learn their methods in fulfilling expected customer relations. I go to this Post Office at least 5 days a week, so I have the opportunity so see their interactions with customers. THE BEST.”
“The weather has not been kind to anyone lately but especially our mail carriers. We didn’t get mail for two days due to the mailbox being plowed in. The carrier couldn’t get close enough to deliver the mail. But yesterday, our mail carrier stepped out of her vehicle and onto the ice to deliver everyone’s mail in our development. I don’t know her name, but I did let her know that she was appreciated for doing that. I know they don’t have to deliver mail if they can’t get to these mailboxes or to your house. My dad carried mail for over 30 years. And my dad was one that would go above and beyond so that everyone got their mail no matter what. I haven’t seen dedication like that until yesterday.”

“For many years our PO was dirty and poorly maintained and nobody seemed to care when I mentioned it. Lately I have noticed a big difference, the floors are swept and cleaned, no litter, no dust. I was amazed when I went in last week and the man was cleaning the air vents, lots of places forget to do that. I thanked him. Someone is noticing the attention to detail. Thank you”
