Lady at the Pitman Post office is very nice. She doesn’t have an attitude about packages or asking for different stamps. She’s a breath of Fresh Air for Pitman.

The old lady with the dark hair opened my package before I came to pick it up which is super disrespectful. She gave me an attitude and was accusing me of not being the owner of the package. I showed my ID and she immediately got quiet and gave me my package. She should not be working there especially because she had me and another customer waiting for 15 minutes at an empty desk.

We went here to drop off packages for eBay that were pre-labeled and prepaid. One package was missing the weight. Not really a big deal you would think, right? Wrong! The old lady there refused to help at all. She literally just said "No" and refused to adjust the weight for us to pay the difference and she refused to generate a new label for us. Either solution would have worked. The second package had a battery warning label on the box, but what was inside did not contain batteries (we were reusing a box). The old lady refused to take the package because it did not contain batteries, and the box had the "contains batteries" logo on it. She said we would have to cover it up. Great! Another easy fix. Do you think she offered to help us after the first package debacle? Not at all. She refused the second package and again offered no help. If all that was needed was to cover the battery logo on the box, you're telling me she couldn't have offered tape to cover it up so we could ship it? Nope! Then the final and third package. No issues with the weight or box, but still she hesitantly took it, BUT then actually scanned it and gave us a receipt. Wow! She can do her job?! It appears she just doesn't want to. Oh, and let me not forget to mention that she asked us what was inside each box. She literally wanted to know exactly what was inside every box. Which, last I checked, was none of her business. This place sucks, and it is absolutely because of that miserable old woman. Don't go here. Go to the post office in Sewell or Washington Township instead.

absolutely horrible !!!! I have been to multiple postal offices and this one is just miserable for a slow office. If I could I would give this place zero stars and the lady who work there is so rude, hope she gets a taste of her own medicine.

Paid for PO Box for 2 years went in to close out after submitting change of address online... po box mail was mailed but post office couldn't tell me where it was mailed to! I understand I hadn't picked up for 3 months do to travel the reason I have a PO BOX!!! However I don't understand why they can tell me where my mail is!!!!

I NEVER write reviews especially bad ones. Having to even shortly converse with the woman with the short black hair is a DREADFUL experience. Get a new job lady, your horrible attitude and lack of customer service is disgusting.

I always get good service. The employees are professional and courteous to me. I would give a five star except for the parking and access is difficult to carry packages up or down the steep stairs. There’s always a good chance my vehicle side mirror will be hit by passing traffic. Fold in your mirror.

Maryanne is the best! When I was moving from one part of Pitman to the other, she went out of her way to bring the proper paperwork to my job. Who does that?! Keep up the good work, Maryanne!!!

I always get good service. The employees are professional and courteous to me. I would give a five star except for the parking and access is difficult to carry packages up or down the steep stairs.
