“I walked into this dealership absolutely distraught over having to trade in my previous car. I had a 2017 Kia Niro Touring that I loved so much, and when I was working with Jojo on finding a new car, I was able to forget about how upsetting having to get rid of my old car was. Jojo was very patient, and she did her best to find me another car I loved just as much as my old one because she listened when I was talking about WHY I loved my Niro. We were only going to be in the area for a couple of days and took a chance and called Pete's Rod Nest.He was simply amazing with us and he got us in, fixed, and out, all on the same day. “Needed a repair on a case backhoe front tire. No one would attempt a repair because of the type and size of the hole. After leaving the tire overnight at Fred Harz to be checked by repair personnel, i received a call that they would attempt to repair it.
Wow, they did a terrific job at a redicuous low charge to me. The tire should last many more years and i saved at least a 100.00 by not having to replace it. Thank you for great service.”
“This place was recommended to me when my car started to sound like the exhaust disconnected from the manifold and started shaking. I took it in, bright and early, and asked for them to check the brakes while they had it and they were not pushy at all in getting the work done to the issues they found. They even offered to do little by little for me when I was ready tackling the highest concern first. Less than 24 hours later, they had the part ordered and delivered in order to complete the principle problem and after giving me pricing for each job and then all together, I asked them to just do everything since it was more affordable than I had expected. They got everything done, and it was alot, in half a day and it feels like driving a new car. I 100% recommend coming here for any exhaust or brake issues as they are honest, quick, and affordable.”
