Recently we moved some items into Access Self Storage of Plainfield. Just thinking about having to move stuff into storage gives me agita. However, this experience was anything but. Reserving the unit online to the day of the move was dare I say, almost "delightful". And the main reason? Shameka, the gal at the front desk who greeted us on moving day. Yes, the building was clean and the storage unit was as expected, but she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the unit (there are several different shapes of units even though they all measure about the same size). I can not say enough about her friendliness, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Access Plainfield, you are lucky to have someone as hard working and warm as Shameka representing your business. She made ALL THE DIFFERENCE in our experience that day and because of Shameka, I would recommend your business to everyone. Quick side note: We moved all our stuff in without any agita! :)
UPDATE 8/7/24
3 years later and still stellar service and people at Access Storage! We just moved out today and the process was a breeze. We have stored our stuff at A LOT of storage facilities and this was by far the cleanest, easiest experience with the nicest people. Till we meet again!
