“I have been living at Meadowbrook Village again since March 2026, after having lived here years ago before moving away in 2005. It has been a positive experience returning to this community.

I especially want to recognize the management and maintenance staff. Vicky, Oscar, and Phil have always been responsive, professional, and ready to help whenever I have needed assistance. They address maintenance requests and other concerns quickly, which makes a real difference for residents.

Like any community, there are a few minor issues. Parking can sometimes be challenging, and unfortunately, a few residents do not dispose of their garbage in the proper locations. However, these are relatively small concerns compared with the overall quality of the community.

Overall, Meadowbrook Village remains a good place to live. I appreciate the friendly staff, prompt service, and pleasant environment, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed condominium community. VILLAFANE H. 2026”

“We have lived at Plaza Square for over 3 years and we can't express how much we love it here. Melissa Payton and her great staff have weathered a difficult renovation period with professionalism and great care. The place is gorgeous and the amenities are plentiful The spacious apartments have been beautifully renovated and these same apartments in NY or LA would command 200% more the leasing rate we pay here. The is a great sense of community and a great feeling of safety. The beautiful pool to the great gym, the lounge to the concierge are all high end and maintained impeccably. “I have lived in Douglass Gardens for over thirty years. Love it . You may wonder why I've lived here for so long? I'll tell you- Douglass Gardens is close to everything - grocery stores, gas stations,restaurants, train station ,bus station, hospitals (2) , colleges, Rutgers which include Busch, College Avenue, Cook, Douglass, and Livingston campuses , Middlesex College, and Princeton Uinversity . 287, Rt 18, Rt 1 and Rt 27 are close by. There are three nearby parks ( Colonial Park, Buccleuch Park and Johnson Park. )There is also a bicycle shop five minutes away. Then there's the beach , an hour and fifteen minutes away if that ,depending on which one you prefer. AWESOME -
The apartments are spacious , bigger than other apartments around the area that I have seen.
Douglass Gardens is also pet friendly and I really like the off street parking. There is also a play area for the kids.
Our property is kept in great condition and we have some very skilled technicians here, a responsive management team that takes care of things right away.. can't ask for a better community atmosphere...this are just a few reasons I' ve been at Douglass Gardens-for over thirty years and why I call Doulgass Gardens my home.”

Specially, Tyhesha Evans and Mario are 2 amazing people who make sure that all the tenants are living comfortably in the apartments. I highly recommend staying at Parktowne apartments.”

The location is also very convenient, with parks, schools, supermarkets, a library, and churches nearby. The whole neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. I had a wonderful time living here and truly enjoyed my experience.”

“After just moving in a few months ago, we can truly say that we feel completely at home in these beautiful apartments! We live in a safe/quiet building, in an extremely large unit, with tons of natural light, beautiful crown molding, and best of all in-unit laundry. We’ve found that everyone living here is extremely friendly, and have noticed that the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The building is within easy walking distance to the train, downtown area, farmers market, and the amazing greenway which space for miles! The only downsides to living here include the difficult parking situation (on weekends mainly). Only one designated spot is provided per unit and being next to an extremely popular restaurant, those patrons often take up the extra parking in front of the building leaving us residents with two cars few options for parking. In addition, this building also does not have an elevator (odd being that it was only built a few years ago). Overall though, we absolutely love the building, the location and and the convenience to everything one might need!”

“By far one of The best maintenance staff I’ve ever met , Very friendly and welcoming . I’ve lived in two other complex developments and always had problems with response times and things getting fixed. I can say that whenever I put in a ticket for my apartment the response time is within the same day or the next . Even outside making sure the property is clean and kept up .”

“My husband lived here for about 8 years before I moved in with him. After living 2 years together we grew out of the space and moved into a house. We loved how close these condos were to GSP and the Turnpike. There are so many stores around the general area, you'll pretty much find anything you need within a good 2-10 minute drive. There's also quick access to the local park through the trail in the woods which we loved to take advantage of daily. Great condos, never had any issues.”

“Beautiful neighborhood with walkability to downtown Millburn. Safe, clean and friendly. The management was great to work with and very helpful when searching for the perfect apartment. Units are well maintained and feature exterior and interior locks, refinished Harwood floors, remodeled kitchens and bath.”

“Disregard any negative reviews about the Murray Hill Apartments. When the time came to look for a new apartment I heard so many horror stories about property management companies and managers. The Murray Hill Apartments feature the opposite of all that. Tuli Reality was always extremely responsive and took action whenever something was needed. In addition the onsite team of Mike and his guys couldn't have been more nice, understanding, and responsive whenever there was an issue. The apartments are located in a great suburban neighborhood with NJ Transit trains to NYC right across the street. For the price, the apartments are a great deal for anyone.”
