Honestly didn’t know what to expect when I made that phone call but Kevin immediately made me feel at ease. No sales pitch, no fluff — just a straight conversation about my requirements and what they’d do about it. That kind of honesty upfront already told me I was in the right place.
Then Mario got to work. And wow. I came back to a car that looked better than it has in years. I actually stood there for a moment just taking it in. Every inch of that Q7 was spotless — the paint was gleaming, the interior felt fresh, and even the little details that most places miss were taken care of. You can tell Mario genuinely takes pride in his work. It doesn’t feel like a job to him — it feels like a craft.
Prices are fair. The team is very friendly. And most importantly, they do exactly what they say they’ll do

“My Truck was hit while it was parked in front of my home. The person involved was honest and reliable. The person put me in contact with Certified Bumper Repair. Jose and his crew take their work very seriously. As soon as I arrived Jose and I reviewed the damages and what he was going to do to repair it. He also told me that the vehicle will be available in 5 business days. He is a man of his word as he contacted me when my vehicle was ready. I swear the truck looks better then it did previously. Remarkable job. I understand they also wash and detail cars at reasonable prices which I will be utilizing them moving forward. I want to thank the person who hit my vehicle for being an honest human being and thank Jose and his team for the flawless work and customer service. I've added before and after pics for reference.”
“I am a regular customer with this shop. They do a phenomenal job, just about every week I drop my car off before work and pick it up on my lunch break. Any other hand car wash will be $30-40 and will do a crap job, just spend the extra couple bucks and they will have your car shinier than when you bought it.
Also had them hard wire my dash cam as well, installed tints too. Everything they've done has been perfect and they are honest too about what needs to be done and what can wait. Didn't feel like I was getting sold on stuff just to line the owners pockets at all like some (most) car services”

He knew exactly what to do and reassured it would be tight but no problem. He gave a reasonable price and was great at communicating. Highly recommend!”
“I had a very nice experience with the two gentlemen that helped take care of my oil change, it was quick and I didn't have to wait long. They were very upfront and honest about the state of my car and told me there were some things I needed to do and look out for. Ex. Air filter, oil leak or burns off..
I also used the Xtreme Clean car wash following the oil change and they too were great, highly recommend coming here.

“I first went to this body shop for a major damage assessment on my Tesla. I did not realize they do not handle Tesla repairs, but Temur (guess I have the name right) was extremely helpful. He gave me practical advice and guided me on the options available. That advice helped me later during the insurance claim process.
I was so impressed with his honesty and professionalism that I brought my other car, an SUV, to address some minor scratches. Temur took the time to inspect every detail and explained all available options, from a full repair to a simple touch-up.
At no point did he try to push their services or upsell anything. Even though he knew I might not proceed with a repair, he still went above and beyond. He provided matching paint so I could touch up the damaged area myself. I offered to pay for the paint, but he refused to take any money.
That level of honesty and customer service is rare nowadays. What more can you ask for from a body shop?

“Known Ralph for years and just as thorough as he was running his bakery he’s even better running his car wash! Showroom is hands down the best car wash in union county let alone one of the best in NJ. I frequent here once per week and I have always had a phenomenal experience l. My 2025 black S5 always comes out crisp, dry and spotless. Black cars are not as easy to clean and I have always known that, but they manage to always catch every spot in handwashing and drying .
Ralph or one of the other owners is always out with their team inspecting every vehicle that passes through as the final touch.”

“2nd job that Mr. Flow did on my 2008 Nissan Altima, the first being the replacement of trim on my car. I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my car was returned looking better than when I brought it in. I have already informed them of my intrest in having another job done to my car in the very near future. The service was excellent from top to bottom. This, for me, helps in maintaining my car both inside and out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Updating this original post. I have returned twice, including this post. The first time was a paint job of my calipers and brake drums. This last time was to replace damaged tail lights. The work was done on both jobs in a timely manner and most importantly professionalism in workmanship. Their commitment to excellence is why I will remain a customer and, again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Flow to anyone.”
