My wife went to deposit a large sum of cash, but they refused to accept it, claiming the bills were counterfeit. I went to the next nearest bank, and they accepted them without any problem. Very poor service.

I never write reviews but I had to go out of my way to give praise when its due. Martha Lara the branch manager was HIGHLY knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring and honest with me. I had exceptional service from her and I hope she makes it even further in her career.
