The cashier with locs is rude and nasty...I understand that staff are underpaid, overworked and sometimes the store may be short staff at the same time when a customer says "hi", "how are you" , "thank you" say something back it's not hard to be nice. She is almost unwelcoming when I come in the store and honestly this will be my very last time shopping this location simply because the cashier is rude and nasty for no reason other than I assume she has to work. Just disgusting

In my opinion I rarely find things organized, in the toys section I used to find different things, I like when they put new things for the holidays.
And well, the staff is sometimes friendly and other times not, well... imagine working standing up and sometimes the clients are also "special"

I love shopping at this place
I always find what I'm looking for...
But I do NOT like the few staff that work at the cash registers. I have to wait a LONG time to make my payment.

Terrible cashier there that is always on her phone. She shorted me by 2 cents when I asked her she shut her drawer and told me she had no change and did not offer a solution but continued her loud conversation. This is not OK in my book. Customer service is everything. To the manager there..do yourself a favor and put her in the stock room immediately!!

This morning I went to buy a couple of things and to start it was 9:10 and it was closed, then I asked the supposed manager if she could give me some birthday balloons and very, very rude, she told me to take them myself and that was what there was, there was broken glass on the floor, a total disorder.
