UPDATE: The staff have changed and not in a good way. The staff is rude and not welcome...the store is dirty. One staff person told me I'm not supposed to bring bags in tbe store...ummm where do you want me to put the items I buy. He was so rude and smelled of cigarettes and I overheard him speaking with another Yall staff person saying something about stealing. I DON'T STEAL... that was so unprofessional. YALL DON'T HAVE BAGS ANYMORE...I will not be back
I love FAMILY DOLLAR...I in there every morning. The staff are very helpful and very pleasant

It's complicated in this state of New Jersey... there are so many robberies that they are very paranoid with their clients...
Estegar has a wide variety of cheap products.
Costumer services not bad better then other places...

The store manager is very friendly but I can't say the same about the cashiers, I tried to ask a question and he wouldn't let me finish talking he just walked away saying what he says there that is and it's not my problem..... Unbearable cashiers.

I do not Blame the workers i Blame the company they have no idea of what is going on they simply do not care i understand the area of that location is a urban neighborhood but many People like myself went to get a last minute item never again i will be sending a Letter to the corporation so upset bet you 100% they will not even care to respond to this i will b make sure to keep all updated no idea of customer service

The manager (Ada) is one of the worst in Family Dollar management. She refuses to honor prices on products listed. She also refuses to help senior citizens pack their recycling bags.
