I had a very good experience with both women and I was taken care of quickly. I never had a bad experience with this location or the other location. the service was as expected in English and in Spanish.

They told my wife she had to sign her cheek in front of them. What sense does that make!? She has her ID proving it's her, why would she have to sign it in front of you? How stupid can you be? I've never heard of this before, must be because we're not Spanish.

Very unprofessional. Not a very welcoming place. I said Hello and asked a question. The lady at the counter did not acknowledge me and took a personal call while “trying” to help me. She looked annoyed from the moment I stepped in. She need customers service training. Definitely won’t be coming back here. ?
