WORST PHARMACY EVER, I had to get my prescription on this pharmacy bc unfortunately this one was the only one that carried the medication, I had 3 surgeries and I had people doing me the favor to pick up my prescription, called 3 times before even sending someone for my medication and they’ll always say “YES IS HERE” and when the person picking up my medicine showed up IT WAS NEVER READY. Matthew is the front registered guy who most of the times picked up my calls, very unprofessional and worse customer service, 3 times I had refills and the 3 times I called before coming in or sending someone, 3 times they’ll say it’s there and never was the medicine even ready! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY if possible. DONT recommend it at all!
And one more thing THEY ALSO CLAIMED I HAD ALREADY PICKED UP MY MEDICINE when I was out of state but they kept insisting I HAD SIGNED AND PICKED UP THE MEDS. No wonder why the 3.4 starts out of 5

Great pharmacy!! If you need a prescription filled without hassle this is your spot. Courteous workers and a great pharmaceutics make for a great experience. For my money you can't do better than Scott's.

I went to pick up my medication and the employee was telling me that I already picked it up, I explained to him that I didn't, that I received a sms telling me that a have my medication ready. He didn't understand that I didn't pick up the medication and was assuming that I wanted the medication twice and told me that some people do. At the end he was completely wrong and my medication was there.
Horrible service!

not happy. Arrived at 7:45pm. Online hours state that the store is opened until 9, although it was closed when I got there. On the door says 7. I drove over 35 minutes to get to this placeEdit (Revised from 1 star --> 3 stars)I visited before 7pm this time, it was a nice pharmacy.

I worked here throughout high school in 2010. Great experience. Such a family environment. My family has been with Scott Drugs for over 15 years. The service they provide for the community is impeccable. Loved Marybeth, Mike, Oliver and Sam as well as the rest of the staff! Thank you for a great experience

Horrible customer service. You Give the employees specific information for the delivery man and it never gets delivered to the right person. You call and complain and the answer you get is worse. What if some people can’t drive because of the meds they’re in? Or don’t own a car? Horrible horrible ill b sure to change pharmacist. Nasty attitudes aswell.
