I went to get an estimate for my jeep wrangler. Worse mistake I made by going there. I didn't know that until they had my jeep for over 2 1/2 weeks. My husband called and we were getting the run around over and over......long story short I wouldn't recommend this Macco in Plainfield to no one. I really want to say more but I love the color of my jeep it's beautiful so I will give some grace. Rating I will give 1 the lowest of the low. Very disappointed!!!!

I was greatly satisfied with your service in many ways.
You offered fair price quotes , both with and without paint in your quotes.
The process start to finish was timely.
You were able to reset both my bumper and fog light. Nothing was pushy in sales process.
The work was done fast and you cleaned the hand prints and dust from the car without my asking to complete the job.

On a recent Tuesday I brought my Lexus in for painting (nicks and scratches) of the hood, tailgate, front and rear bumpers....picked it up Friday afternoon. Looking like new...happy me 🙂. Most courteous and fairly priced.

From the first day I arrived to Maaco in Plainfield, NJ, I was greeted by Zeke who answered all the questions I had regarding the job I needed to be performed on my car. He walked to the lot with me to look at my car, explaining in detail what needed to be done prior to have the car painted. He explained everything in detail, mechanical, parts that maybe needed and of course its cost. I could not have found a better person to deal with. Zeke, thank you for all the help you provided. I certainly would recommend this shop, if asked.

My car was deemed total loss by my insurance. I got an estimate from this body shop, and I don't regret it! Their work was outstanding, and my car is back to its original shape!

Perhaps one of the most unpleasant customer experiences I have ever had...
I brought my bumper in to be fixed and painted. Something critical to note is the fact that my bumper is both blue and black.
Upon leaving it to them, I had told them that I want for the whole bumper to be perfect, without differentiating between the black and the blue parts.
Indeed, after they falsely told me that it was ready to pick up about three times, I arrived and took a look at the horrible work they did. Indeed, they haphazardly did the blue part and completely disregarded the black part.
I wouldn't have written a bad review just for this, but Mario and the owner were so rude that I couldn't help but write this...
They claimed that the black part was the grill and the blue part was the bumper...
Please go somewhere else... They will do a better, cheaper and faster job without the unnecessary attitude.
Most important thing of all, don't come here...

The paint on the hood and roof of my car was peeling. Got a quote I was happy with and dropped off my car. The car was completed as promised and the quality of the work was fantastic. The staff was very professional and helpful. I was happy with the service.
