DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE METRO PCS AUTHORIZED USERS.‼️THEY'RE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF ‼️The worst store out of all of metro pcs stores that I visited.‼️ If you don't get any paperwork to show detailed charges or if he tries to damage your receipt intentionally, he just scammed you. I also had to call METRO PCS themselves because he lied to me about the the things that I asked him to add to my bill. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A PIN NUMBER SET UP AT THE STORE, SO YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT. HE DIDN'T DO THAT AS WELL BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT ME TO SEE THAT,HE LIED TO ME ABOUT MY ACCOUNT‼️
Do yourselves a favor, Everyone and just go to a corporate main office to buy a phone. And he also overcharges on the phones as well, just a liar that likes to use bait and switch tactics.

I bought an internet box for my home with them, everything was going well until three months passed and the box's internet failed and I found out that they had not registered the box in my name and nor did my number go to try to resolve the problem with them. But they didn't want to help me and he insulted me and yelled at me. They scammed me and very bad customer service.
