“On July 23rd, I went to this Metro Store, due to a cell phone issue.. My cell phone was disconnected from network someone who had hacked my phone changed my EMI and e-mail address. So I required to fix this in the store. There were 3 nice people there, a lady and 2 gentlemen who kindly came to assist me. I told them that someone had hacked my phone, I was on line trying to get help couldnt since my info was changed by the hacker. The customer service representatives checked my phone and verified my info, then when changing the new sim card info, they saw, different information replaced my original, proceeded to corrected. Voila & cell is working.
I've found they have new people working in this store and it is soo good.
I truly appreciate the excellent service they kindly, courteously, respectfully & professionally provided me with. I highly recommend this store for their time and amazing support and will be more than happy to visit again.
