Best Pedicure in Plainfield..
Today I received a pedicure, which was reasonably priced at Nail 3000. My nail technician was Tommy He did an amazing Job. He has a great attention to detail and took his time from beginning to end. The Pedi was relaxing and completed professionally. The over all aesthetics of the salon is basic but the service I receive was worth the money. If you have a sensitivity to smell, you may want to bring a mask the fumes from the polish can be strong at times. I highly recommend the Pedicures at Nail 3000.

Delicious food, everything I spect was on my plate, nice place, very warm place, warm people, nice customer service, my favorite were the sautéed shrimp with mushrooms, It was amazing, I totally recommend

I went in for a manicure and pedicure, my pedicure was solid, just black french tips. the manicure was unacceptable. The base of the gel manicure was very obviously too thick, by the fact that it burned under the uv light- either that or my nail was over buffed- & by the fact there were a wild amount of tiny bubbles. The french tip looked well enough at the top but tilt my finger & you can see the patchy streaks on multiple nails.The design was sloppy, & I would hesitate to call it a rush job, if i wasnt watching her switch between me & another person constantly.Again the sides of my nails were neglected, the top coat on *every* nail didnt cover it completely. It was such a stark divide between the areas with no top coat & the parts that did.It was also globbed on, it ended up on my skin on some nails. At the end, I asked her to touch up the star designs, & immediately shes hostile insisting shes not “a machine”. Do you need to be a machine to pay attention detail? She hastily re-attempted, put another glob of top coat & I left. Every time I looked at my nails after leaving I noticed more of how shoddy they were. I came back the next day & asked her to retouch her work, & again, immediately, she is hostile and combative. At one point she insists its my fault it looks thick, because I asked her to fix the stars so she had to put another top coat on. I didnt even mention the thickness of it until she pointed it out in at attempt to deflect lol. Im literally pointing at the gaps in the polish & shes saying “whats wrong?”.Im having to argue with her to simply acknowledge the issues. Finally after a back & forth & chiming in from other staff there- from across the shop doing someone elses nails- also trying to tell me there is nothing wrong. She says Ill have to wait until she is done & to sit. I’m generally not a stickler for the most “stellar customer service” I care much more about the service outcome being up to par. But the entire interaction was just rude in *any* setting. She comes to tend to me & its the same all over again. I pointed out an issue, she acts like she cant see it, I insist, she huffs and puffs,& mumbles about how “shes not a machine” & how im pointing out “such tiny stuff”. Picking up & plopping my hand down like its a hassle to correct the mistakes she made. But my mistake for coming back. It was still a rush job, she is still switching between me & another person, there is more paint on my skin- white paint now-, top coat is overflowing onto the back, more bubbles. At this point my nail is protruding from my finger in an almost comical way. I ask if she can shave it down some or remove some top coat, it is a swift no & more chiming in from other staff. She is also, calling over other staff, while shes doing them, to look & join her in huffing n puffing.She files the sides of my nails to try & fix the wavyness after I asked, the same sides that still havent had *any* top coat on them at this point. Drops my hands & walks away silently. It still looked a mess so im assuming shes going to switch back over and do something else. I sit there and she completely drills and shapes another persons hand and afterwards she just looks at me & says “why are you still here? Im done”. At this point im over arguing, & walk out to find another salon. The stark difference in quality after I got them fixed was just ridiculous. I called the next day, asking for a refund, & am told “well she worked very hard on your nails and to fix it, so no refund” & I let her know my nails were not “fixed”. There was a back & forth then they hung up on me. This is the only review ive written on a place, ever, but I just had to get this off my chest lmaoo. yes this is a wall of text, and yes I had time today. I only took one picture cause frankly looking at them irritated me. I will also insert a photo of my nails after visiting another salon. the nail tech at the other salon was surprised with how they looked coming in.The bow on

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I came to get my gel extensions removed and a manicure. Two women worked on my hands and one broke my pinky until it began bleeding. (Pictured in the photo). I couldn’t get a gel color. They tried to charge me $25 for the removal and a manicure. Please look at my nails. Does it look like I just came from getting a manicure? The owner was very rude and dismissed my concerns. Poor management, poor service, and poor communication.
