Closes earlier than what they say they do. They lock the doors and put the gate cover halfway down while they lock the doors.

Very nice clothes and good prices, it hurts the bad customer service, now I went to get some sneakers and they are the only ones in the display case and it turns out that they can't sell them to me because of the arrogance of not going to look for the other shoe inside, they have an employee with terrible customer service who is at the entrance, if they don't want to work, give the opportunity to other people who want to work and with kindness, it was plainfield nj

I love shopping at Rainbow. This location has a very limited selection compared to other local Rainbow stores in the area. No one even acknowledged me when I entered the store. Employees just hanging around talking to one another. Will not return.

Currently outside the store and the store is closed, the gate is 2/3 of the way closed and the door is locked when it clearly says they close at 9pm. It’s 8:30pm right now.

The ladies that I encountered on June 2, 2021 we're not friendly at all. The woman that rung me up did not greet me, did not look at me and didn't even bother to tell me my total. When I said "hello how are you today?" she responded "good". Very poor customer service. Definitely won't be heading back to that store.

This rainbow is the WORST store I have been too. There customer service is very bias and UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER support this store again. I've shopped in this store a few times and never had good customer service. There are NO African American Employees little to NO African American shoppers. I have seen the way they make exceptions for other people. I wanted to return ONE ITEM that was $10.00, 10,00!!!! The manager claims it was damaged. I NEVER WORE it, it was in the BAG the entire time. Then, she had the nerve to smell it. I was EXTREMELY offended. I was forced to accept the store credit. I will NEVER support this store ever again. I will be raising this issue with Corporate.
