I went to the one In Middlesex yesterday for a vivitrol shot. The place was filthy. The “nurse” didn’t even have gloves on and was in street clothes. He was preparing the needle and didn’t even wash his hands and had the directions In front of him on a dirty desk with the needle as if he had never given this shot before. Needless to say I walked out. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible service, I came for a medication and they told me wait a minute and that minute turned into an hour. If their workers are not competent, they should change them.

Incredible service here. I am so fed up with the big chain stores and their long lines, slow service, and recorded messages. This pharmacy helped me out multiple times when a supply chain issue prevented CVS from selling me medication that I'd been using for years. My doctor's office recommended Rapps and they were very helpful and even delivered my prescription to me. This kind of service is vanishing in America so at least go to Rapps and take advantage of the few places where it still exists. YES, you can get prescriptions filled in OTHER PLACES BESIDES CVS AND WALGREENS. Forget the chains and bring your business to a local independent owner and you will see the difference.

Rapps is just Awesome, their customer service is Outstanding. I needed to transfer my prescriptions and they did it with no hesitation. Rapps will also deliver to your home if needed. Check them out it if you ever visit the Queen CityPlainfield in NJ.

They don't answer the phone and the medicines arrive too late.. please we have elderly people at home who need to be cared for 🙏🙏. I understand that they have been in the community for many years and it is useful. Do your job with professionalism.
