“Folks, there is a HUGE, free parking lot just a few steps away at the train station. And it’s mostly empty. Use it (the exercise wouldn’t hurt)! This facility is one of the better ones. FAR better than the downtown (Watchung Ave) location with its interminable waits because only one person is working the counter. I dread that facility. I have found the staff here to be mostly knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. One random time they were closed without warning (just a note on the door), which is unacceptable.”
