I love this UPS Store in Plainfield! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They really go the extra mile to help with any issues and even give you options that fit your budget. The store is always clean, parking is easy, and it’s so convenient to get in and out. Excellent service every time!

I scheduled an appointment online for the notary at 9:30 am. I arrived there early just to be told the person that does notaries doesn't come in until 2pm. What a waste of my time.

The attendant at this store is a joke, rude. I handed him the package, and he said he would pack it later. Took my order to the back, and that was it. What do you mean, I have to trust him, why? He would have to pack and seal my order in front of me. Another thing is the opening hours, on the website it says 8:30 but it only opens at 9.

That location seems good to me since I did not have a Serca location to be able to send orders or return an item. It seems fine to me.
