“I just had a wonderful experience with StrongMile Movers. I had engaged them to move a very large, disassembled weaving loom down two flights of narrow stairs, a couple of weeks ahead. Suddenly, the loom had to be moved the next day. It was the end of the day, and I left a message. Within about 10 minutes, they agreed do it and were there before 8 a.m. the next day. They were very professional, efficient and careful, as well as being pleasant to have around. I highly recommend StrongMile Movers and will definitely hire them again when I need a mover.”
“I honestly don't know where to begin! So I will start from the beginning! I was in a position where I had no other choice but to rent vehicles for an extended time period. I rented through other major car rental companies and my experience was fine, however, I was referred to Value Auto Rental by a trusted family member who has been renting from this company for many years. She told me to ask for "Manny" and boy oh boy am I glad I did! Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I wa placed securely in one of their vehicles, he demonstrated the true meaning of customer service everytime I walked into the office or called on the phone. Brian was also just as gracious and hospitable. I rented various vehicles over approximately 5 months and I had ZERO issues! They have a life long customer and I have already been spreading the word! They might as well make me the face of VAR... hahaha! Thank you Manny and Brian for always making sure Miss Cali was taken care of!”

“Amazing team! I have to give a big shoutout to Dylan because he always goes the extra mile to make sure I get the exact truck I need and is always honest with me. If he can’t get it he will make sure he contacts me multiple times if needed because he wants to make sure I am happy with the rental I will be getting. Also Tom is awesome for always fixing any little account mistakes. Even the newbies like Jack have been incredible to work with. “Extremely happy with the car (really nice Nissan Altima), the staff (very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and I'm sorry I forgot your name), the location (walking distance from just about anywhere in Metuchen) and the rates (very reasonable), and I'd definitely recommend!
Just a couple of very minor caveats, nothing that would cost them a star:
1. Online reservation process is a little quirky. Pickup time had to be 10 AM or earlier, otherwise nothing was available. There was no problem with me picking up the car later than 10 when I asked, though.
2. You MUST have your own auto insurance with collision coverage, regardless of whether or not you select CDW.

“Good service. Had a negative initial experience in that the van was confirmed reserved online but only when I showed up to pick up van was it indicated to me in app that I had to wait for facility to open before renting van. Wasted over an hour.”

“This was the best uhaul location I have ever dealt with. I had to rent trucks twice due to a stressful and hectic move. Both times, they had what I needed and gave me a good price. They were super friendly and both times I needed the trucks longer with short notice and they accommodated me with no issue. I moved to Southern NJ and I would make the drive to rent from them again if I ever needed a truck. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a little easier. You guys are the best! We have typically used them for forklifts but one day, I reached out to Craig to mention that we are looking for a shrink wrap machine. He told me to let him see what he could do for us. He found us the machine a great deal within one day. He took the search time away from me and looked out for Frensco Building Products. Just like Frensco- we don't sell products- we sell service. We appreciate you and C&C! By the way, we just bought 4 new forklifts as well.”
