Please do not believe the positive reviews. I have posted a review of this company before but I am back to beg people not to feel conflicted bc you see positive reviews as well. Read them closely and you will see their English is difficult to understand. These are all people working for US Moving Team as a third party moving team. They were the worst group of movers I have ever had and I have moved a lot over the last two decades. They were late and came with a huge rented Enterprise truck that was already half-filled with someone else’s belongings and then they charged me for having to go back for the remainder of my things bc it required two trips. THEY CHARGED ME FOR HAVING TO MAKE TWO TRIPS BC THEIR TRUCK WAS HALF-FULL WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S THINGS! You can read about their other shenanigans in my previous post. Please, just do yourself a favor and stay away from this fraudulent company.

The company does not deserve any star, they all and I repeat ALL, from the movers to the owner are not honest and liars, they brought a smaller truck from the one we had a deal on, so i had to get rid of few things to fit all my stuff. when they arrive to my new place, the mover he did want to download anything until he get an additional money for that and i called the company and owner said that in the contract was not included to download the stuff and if they will do that they will not get them inside the place but just leave them in the driveway, and he did not want to talk to me as he does not have time and i have to deal with the movers. DONT EVER GET THIS COMPANY.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This is the kind of company that connects you to a third-party. They are so enthusiastic and promise you strong, professionals who know what they're doing. The team they sent (NJ Statewide) were several hours late, barely spoke English, which, in and of itself would not be an issue except they didn't know what they were doing, took frequent cigarette breaks, charged me $150 to even come to my town, charged me for their gas, charged me for a second trip bc their truck was half-filled with furniture for someone else's move, broke the cement in the front of my house, chipped a wooden step, damaged my piano, damaged my daughter's bed and turned it against the wall so I wouldn't see it until after they were gone. This is on top of refusing to move the majority of my boxes to the floors I asked them to move to, did not reassemble my furniture, I fed them dinner and still tipped them even though they refused to give me a discount for the damages. They promised it would be handled by insurance. Cut to the end of the waiting period it supposedly takes for insurance to process a claim — the guy who handled my move calls me while I'm on the phone with US Moving Team, says my claim was denied and when I asked him why, he didn't even know who I was. They are dishonest and terrible at their jobs. They charged me by the hour about considering they don't know what they're doing, it took them double the time any of my other moves have taken so all I asked was some negotiation and there was absolutely none. I plan on taking this to court but the fact that it had to get to this point is so sickening. I warned each party that I would take them to court and they still have not made any efforts. I have been fair, patient, polite and generous but for nothing. I regret tipping them but I was the fool who believed insurance would handle the damage. BIG MISTAKE. Frauds. All frauds.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY," THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS AND THEVIES THAT JUST CON PEOPLE AND MISINFORM PEOPLE OF THEIR SUPPOSE POLICY AND THEN JUST TAKE PEOPLE MONEY AND HOLD IT HOSTAGE AS A CREDIT TOWARDS THEIR NEXT MOVE INSTEAD OF GIVING A REFUND. JUST MOVE YOUR STUFF YOURSELF AT THE FRACTION OF THE COST. CALLED THEN MANY COUNTLESS TIME AND GOT THE RUN AROUND AND PUT IN HOLD WITH NO RESOLUTION. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

These people are thieves. They agreed a price and took my deposit, then called up on the morning of the move (before arriving or seeing my stuff) and raised the price 25%. When I said no, they refused to refund the deposit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: My goods were collected 21st Sept 2018 and delivered 1/11/2019 I officially put in a complaint to have this company Investigated: PLEASE DO NOT ONLY WRITE A REVIEW - PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR COMPLAINT TO:wwwnccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov - it takes 5 min of your time to file the complaint and it is free, The FMCSA Investigate complaints where you have been charged one price and on the day of the move the charges are doubled. DO NOT BE A VICTIM. YOU HAVE A VOICE, LETS STOP THIS COMPANY FROM DOING THIS TO ANYONE ELSE. We were quoted $4670.00 for the move, we paid a deposit of 10% before they arrived ($467.00) on the day they packed the price increased to $10720.00 we had no option but to pay $6648.00 and then the balance on the date the goods were delivered. We have proof that they new exactly how much furniture they would pick up. We were left with no documentation on the day they left with our goods, the only reason we did eventualy receive paperwork is because we refuse to pay the final amount without it plus we informed Mark we will inform the police of this to investigate where our goods are. We have extreme damage to furniture, and we can't assemble our furniture because all the bolts are missing, our expensive leather sofa wooded legs missing so we now need to find replacements or replace the sofa completely. My furniture is also scratched & damaged as the movers  used the movers tape and wraped it directly on our wooden furniture. plus I have damaged painting & missing bike. Most of our boxes were squashed. If you go onto the yelp website you will find about 30 complaints with the same issues where they were quoted one amount but on the day of the move the cost has increased to almost double. The company is usmovingteam.com address:318 Fillmore Avenue, Plainfield, NJ07060 Manager/owner Mark: c)732 930 4545/ 973 330 1515/ 888 506 7270 The company that delivered our goods was another outsourced company: cubes booked: 1900 cu.ft

Having much fun while moving with this guys. We got all staff together so it was easy to install the bed and our mattress to cover. I had nothing familiar to this but it was lucky we moved everything so fast. anyway thanks for that

Just as a follow-up to my earlier review on this (make sure you click through to non-recommended reviews to get a full picture), I do advise all victims to report both to their credit card companies and to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. They are quick and easy to deal with, and the more complaints that accumulate, the more likely it is tat law enforcement will take some action.

CORRUPT COMPANY!!! I wish I could give a negative rating. Ending price was over double the quote. The movers showed up without boxes or packing material, asking us if we had some. When they did start packing boxes, they weren't wrapping anything. We had to stop them completely and make them wrap things. We told them that they had to write down on the boxes what was inside the box so that the items could be listed on the inventory, they eventually started to but not well. When I looked into the truck I noticed the truck was packed a lot more than it should have been and with their permission I got inside the truck and saw that the started packing the truck a quarter of the way in, but were charging me for the space of the entire truck. When I called an complained I was hung up on and was told by the last person that hung up on me that if I complained again I wouldn't see my stuff until after the new year. When my items did finally arrive, 12 days after it was supposed to, 1800 cubic feet of the 2630 I shipped arrived and they told me that was everything. Everyone I talk to directs me to someone else, or to another line that just rings. No one will communicate with me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!

Please don't use this company. They charge me much higher than the market price. They promised me they will deliver in two weeks. However, they spend 40 DAYS!!!! (six weeks) to deliver my furniture. When you call their customer service, they never told you where is your furniture and when will they deliver and never call you back.

Never give these guys your Credit card info for a deposit. They will tell you its refundable or in our case just to put a hold on a ridiculous low price for an interstate move. We never even signed there contract. It has been 3 weeks and 10 phone calls or more to them as well as getting my bank involved and still no refund. And playing ping pong between different depts and people with no one taking responsibility.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS Booked my move on September 10th with Walter paid my deposit and was scheduled to move on 9/29 Called a few days before and was told my truck and order was on the board and all set.Day of move driver contacted me and confirmed and even texted me that he was on his way will arrive in 15 mins 3 hrs later no show . Called the company numerous times spoke to an a****** names Chris *Suppose to be a Customer service manager* such professionalism for someone with that title what a disgrace he also lied to me about the location of the driver after 3 hrs on the phone i was told ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE the truck got held up and they said *OH WE WILL PICK YOU UP ON THE NEXT DAY *first of all as a moving company you dont tell me when you will pick me up if i set my move for a certain day it means it needs to be done on that day . The company did not care really was not apologetic and when i asked for a refund on my deposit i was told well i wouldnt get my money back. I had to hire a new company that day and spend $650 TO GET MOVED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME WORKING WITH A MOVING COMPANY AND THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BUT I ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY BANK AND THE BBB AND THEY WILL HEAR FROM MY LAWYER.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GET A UHAUL TRUCK AND HIRE SOME MOVING LABORS ITS HALF THE COST AND LESS STRESS THAN DEALING WITH THESE ASSHOLES I AM STILL PISSED AT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THESE ARE.

I went on line and did a search for a moving company, i gave my information and us miving team repeatedly called my for my business, I spoke to them and they sold me a bill of goods about how great and professional they were, they told me they would call me the night before to tell me what time they qould be at my house, at 5 oclock on 9/28/18 i called them to ask when they would be arriving, the guy said they will be there in the morning, someone will be calling you between now and 7 p.m. to confirm. At 9 oclock the next day morning i called because no one had called me back the night before and it took 35 minutes for someone to answer the phone, they told me the dispatcher would be calling me back in a few minutes, 2 hours later i callled back and pressed a different number, i got a woman on the phone, i asked her when my truck would be at my house, she left me on hold for 45 minutes, i finally hung up and called back, i pressed a different number and a man answerd the phone, he too put me on hold, when he came back he said your truck will be there tomorrow, a four bedroom house lied it was actually 6 bedrooms and they sent my truck to them, i said i booked you, you took my money, i have a contract, i didnt lie, i need this truck today, i was pissed, he said he would see what he could do and call me back. A little while later someone else called me back and assured me i would a truck today, just a little later around 1 oclock, at 3 oclock i called back, i went through being out on hold, hung up on and then finally someone telling me he was on hold with dispatcher and he would call me back as soon as he got off the phone, at 530 i called back and asked him if he was still on the phone with dispatcher, he said oh they never called you, i said no you were supposed to call me back, my phone rang at 6 some guy telling me to text him my address, i said what time will you he here, he said first text me your address, i texted him my .address, then called right back, he didnt answer, i called him over and over again until he answered and he told me tomorrow, i said that is not acceptable he said to bad and hung up on me, i rented a truck sunday and moved the stuff myself, i just called this morning 10/1/2018 and asked when i would be receiving my money back, the answer i got is the guy isnt in. I asked do you automatically refund the money when you dont show up for the job, the answer very rudely and in so many words was no, so not only did they beg for my business and not show up, now i have to beg for my money back. Do whatever you want, its your move but believe me if you want to be a victim on a day already filled with stress then by all means book this company. I give them no stars
