I have been going to Huawei's since it's been open. I've always loved waz, food drinks and service. But for the life of me, within this last two weeks, wah waz has literally been forcing me to go to Duncan donuts, and to red tower for better everything. Nothing in Wawa's has been complete or done in the past two weeks, and it has killed my breakfast mood. Every single time I have attempted to get fresh coffee or something to eat for breakfast. It's so I have been faithfully going to duncan donuts and red towers because of it.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Wawa. My breakfast bagel didn’t have any ham or cheese, and when my boyfriend checked his sandwich it was missing the turkey ham he ordered.
We also ordered hot chocolates, but they tasted more like lattes. We brought them back, and the staff told us the machine had just been cleaned, which might explain the taste. They remade the drinks, but the new ones had so little chocolate that it felt like we were drinking warm oat milk with a bit of brown coloring.
Then I tried the donut holes I bought, absolutely not good. “Disgusting” doesn’t even describe it. I’m not sure if it was the cup they were in or how long they had been sitting there, but they tasted like sweet plastic. I ended up throwing them away.
This visit was really disappointing from start to finish.

I wish I could leave this location a better rating. The guys outside are great and so is the register staff. It's the food that doesn't allow for more than 2 stars. I have noticed at this location in particular they are super stingy on things as simple as giving more than a half a scoop of cheese sauce when you pay for the side. I have had to ask for my food to either be made right or for something basic like sour cream to be put in when I paid for it. I love Wawa but would rather go to Quick Chek than this location.

Gas service here sucks. Waited 10 min for someone to close my gas cap. Went to do it myself bc the attendants are busy eating and using their phones

I wish I could give 0 star on everything!
1. Atmosphere- People there are so typical for Middleclass county people that are always very rude to everyone!
I put this location in red on my maps (to not get closs to middleclass areas like Edison where people are nasty)
2. Food- Let's not even talk about it and how they promote the kills of Animals once 95% of the food is the kills of animals and only 5% is animal free which is embrassing! I stop by to get a sandwich but ALL of their sandwiches contain a killed animal! There was not even 1 simple sandwich that contained just vegetables! Simple they could make the exact same sandwich and remove that piece that contains animal thats not a big deal to make that but they decided not to do that which is insane! Even their salads are all animal kills which is the simplest thing to make as plant based!
3. Service- HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
Let's not even talk about how I got there at 12:20am waitied 10 mins to get my gas filled up but NOBODY was their to help with the gas but all the employees were inside the shop!
How doe it make any sense that a 24/7 gas station did not have anyone outside to fill up gas????

Their credit and debit card service drop from 2 o'clock to 5 o'clock. Garbage system
I couldn't buy my daughter a nesquik milk . Cause the manager said I can get charged with stilling

We’ve been patrons of this Wawa since it opened. So glad it did! It’s convenient to where we live and we love Wawa. Have always found the people working there to be courteous and helpful. Food has always been fresh. Store is clean.

Terrible!! They close early because the don’t want to work and have an attitude!! Been here multiple times and everytime and they have an attitude all night. I avid this location at all cost

Check your food before leaving, make sure it has everything you ordered, because my quesadilla was missing extra ingredients that I asked for and they gave it to me uncut. My visit was Saturday, May 31, at 5:45 a.m.

The night shift manager isn’t fit for customer service ... so is the Hispanic lady who’s supposed to work the counter.. those two will sit & watch you at the counter & act like they don’t see you for 5 minutes.
This has happened to me personally on multiple occasions, as well as other shoppers and now I’m leaving a review because this has to be addressed.
That night manager has a nasty attitude. She doesn’t talk, & appears to get upset when she has to check you out. Idk if she’s going thru a rough patch in life or something but it doesn’t make sense that every time you see her, she’s upset to be at work or atleast appears to be. You’ll say hi & she just looks at you .. rudeness.
Maybe she’s upset because her employees aren’t doing their job idk but you’re the manager! Direct traffic & delegate responsibility if that is the case…
The Hispanic lady might talk a tad bit more, but she’ll watch you walk to the counter & hide behind an aisle talking to her coworker in the food area. Then she’ll pop her head around to see if you’ll go away OR until there’s 3-4 people standing at the counter. And her excuse everytime is “oh sorry, I was talking to my coworker”. FYI: You can hear the entire conversation, they aren’t talking about anything work related..the aisle is adjacent to the register that she likes to hide behind.
I get it, we all have work friends, but continue the conversation after you get customers out of the building…
Not saying do it but you can literally just take your items and walk out the store, those two wouldn’t care one bit.
The GM of the store is a very sweet lady (you’ll see her in the mornings sometimes) but this has to be addressed by her.
I know this won’t be read or addressed by the store because it’s Plainfield but that’s a sorry excuse.
I’m going to keep leaving reviews and I’m going to start sharing pictures as well…
Once or twice is understandable, I get there’s other duties that need to be handled but this has happened to me atleast TEN TIMES and it’s an ongoing pattern. I know for a fact I’m not the only one who’s experienced this.
Idk what happened to the older black lady that worked the night shift, but she was a sweetheart & always kept her eyes on the counter. Even if she’s doing something else, you’d hear her from across the store “I’m finishing this up, I’ll be right there” or something of that sort.
I can live with that. It’s better than just simply being ignored 😒

This place never gets orders right. 3 times now my order I have delivered from DoorDash isn't complete. They never put the coffee with the food order nor do they bother to pay attention to the tickets. So I have to leave my job and pick up my missing items.
