Supercut has become our family haircut place! Easy to schedule appointments and the entire crew is very courteous. Rosa is a great hair stylist! She provides recommends, takes time to give it a perfect finish and adds her own special touch to give it even sharper look. Thank you, Rosa and Supercut!

Jenny and Kurt are my most favorite people. I have a special need kid and they are the only people have that patience to work with my kid. I went to lot of salon but none of them have that patience when it comes to special need. Also I want to mention there are a guy who works there and he denies cutting my son hair because of his disability and it happened in front of other people. It hurts my feelings and I was kind of embarrassed in front of other people but then I left that place. Please please I want everyone be aware of autistic kids and please don’t hurt special need parents because they are going through a lot, if you can guide them nicely and tell them in a nice way if you don’t want to deal with special need kid! I really appreciate super cut in Plainsboro that they have two amazing staff Kurt and Jenny, they are the best!!! Thank you so much guys!!!

Update: I did get a call from them wanting to make this right. So some credit is due for trying.Listen to the reviews online. The wait time is crazy and online appointment at a specific time means nothing. The people at the salon are really nice but the management of this place is a trainwreck.

Barber cut my 4 year old son's hair and my own. Very professional, nice, and polite. Did a good job and a Veteran. Will be going back to see him.

I highly recommend seeing Jen at Supercuts Plainsboro!!! I walked in one morning after trying to cut my hair myself at home and she was so nice about fixing it for me that I decided to come back to get my color done with her. She is the only one in 20 years who has ever gotten my color exactly how I wanted to & was so attentive to the details of what I was asking for. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to walk out happy :) I will definitely be going back to Jen for all my hair appointments!

Please note:The people at the shop are good. Above rating is not for the folks working at the shop, but for the management, for not clarifying that web check in and confirmation is not guaranteed atall. And hence wasting time.I am in this shop right now 5th of november, 2023.I did my appointment for my son through website and check in time based on the confirmation email was 11:30 am, I have been told to wait for 4 people waiting.Please note the exact sentence from email is as follows------------Time11:30 AMPlease note there may be a short wait when you arrive at the salon.-----Right now it's 11:57 and I have been told I have to wait 20/30 mins more. Can anyone please confirm what does small wait time do really mean here?I have been told by one of the persons in the shop that web check in only means check-in, I don't even understand what does it mean.Kindly update the same in your website that may help other people to arrange other activities accordingly.I will update the final wait time later.12:14 pmAlmost 45 mins after the scheduled appointment.?

I checked in online to get haircut for my son. The slot was for 4:30 pm on Saturday, Oct 7th. We reached there around 4:20 pm and the store manager, Dustin, told us there's small wait and the next available stylist will take us. Then another lady client showed up who started talking to the store manager. And when the other stylist, Kurt, was done, she started talking to him too. She asked the stylist, Kurt, to serve her next but he indicated that there were two other clients waiting for service before her i.e. my son and another client. But, the store manager told the stylist to go ahead with the lady client. I protested that this was unfair as we arrived before her, had checked online and were there before our timeslot. This was in compliance with the online check-in policy that Supercuts has. But, the store manager, Dustin, did not register my objection. I left the store as I did not want them to now ruin our service. I have been going to this Supercuts location for hair cut and hair color for me along with haircut for my son for 3+ years, spending close to $100 and gracious tip every time. Never had such an experience. The store manager, Dustin, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Clients can be pushy as the lady client was, but a store manager needs to follow policy. Please look into this matter and respond.

Worst place I have ever seen. I booked online then waited in the store for 30 mins after my arrival. But they allowed the person who just walked-in and tell us they won't consider online check-ins. Even though I came before a person who just walked-in they prioritized that person. Waste of time. I cancelled my appointment and walked away. I won't recommend this store.
