Pathetic service. They just want to make money of people. If you come for a loan or investments, they treat you very differently than when you visit for a service like notary.

Drive through ATM and online are more than sufficient for banking needs. Staffed branches are not necessary.

The manager is very nice and helpful person but the female employee in the middle was disrespectful and never helpful. Even though I went to the bank twice, she couldn't find a solution and didn't care. Should be the last place you think to open a bank account..

I had an issue with transferring funds on an account because I couldn't add a recipient on online banking. The 2 associates I spoke to didn't listen to me at all and kept telling me to do wire transfer instead of ACH. They should know their own system and that you have to ADD a recipient first to do any transfer. I left because I knew it was futile to repeat the issue to them. I ended up calling the 1-800# and someone quickly troubleshooted the issue for me.

I have been banking with B of A in Plainsboro for over 10 years and have always found the service to be extremely efficient and courteous. All of the staff are extremely helpful and polite and they are also very efficient in all they have to offer.I was at this B of A yesterday to get my identity ratified for my pension and the gentleman I saw at the front desk was charming and diligent and I had an excellent esperience.I do not understand why some of the reviews for this bank are not complimentary. The service I receive has always been 10 out of 10.

There is a lack of training in how to process prepaid international travel card. I tried to explain its like a cashiers check but it felt like they had no idea what it was.

Having Stanley Sobieski as my loan officer was the worst thing that could have happened to me during this entire experience as a first time homebuyer.He gave me a closing date of January 25th. Throughout out entire correspondence he was constantly needing new things from me - letters, paperwork, forms. Each time I gave him what he needed as soon as the next day. Then I wouldn't hear from him for days. My attorney tried to reach him, my realtor tried to reach him, at one point, the seller was threatening to cancel my contract because Stanley was not timely in sending my loan papers to them. When I would get a hold of him, it would be more things that he needed, all of which could have been done and provided weeks before coming up to the closing date. Not once throughout this process did he tell me the truth that the closing date was going to be delayed. So I scheduled movers, I packed my entire life in boxes, I scheduled Verizon to transfer my internet, I informed my roommate that she would be able to move in the coming weekend. Come the day before closing, surprise surprise, he's not ready to close. And there's more paperwork that needs to be done AND a 3 hour homebuyers course that he forgot to send me.I'm absolutely LIVID and STRESSED because this man doesn't have it together. I've done everything he's asked of me and I'm now dealing with the consequences of his inability to do his job. Now I need to ask my landlord if I can stay and pay for an extra month's rent. He's inattentive, slow, and unapologetic - pretty rude too. He blames it on the underwriter, the process, me. He's not transparent as I'm still waiting to hear from him a new closing date. He tells me he'll call me back - doesn't happen unless you call him first.If it wasn't for this grant I was getting and how far in the loan process I am in already, I'd fire him and stick with Rocket Mortgage. This man has royally screwed me over and I know he's getting a commission from my loan that he absolutely does not deserve.Do NOT get a loan with Stanley or Bank of America for that matter unless you like ripping out your own hair.

Hello, I would like to thanks Mr. Herman Tong from BoA for his outstanding work in the branch of Plainsboro NJ. He is very friendly always greeting the people with smile . He will go above and beyond to satisfy the costumer. He is real professional and always answering the costumers questions with real knowledge. Me and my husband Georgi Nikolov had to go and use the services in BoA in Rocky Hill NJ only because Mr. Tong was transferred. We were feeling very comfortable with his service.Thanks again.

While customer service in BOFA branches are far better than phone help desks, this branch is the best by far. It's staff is very accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful even when it means to stay after normal business hours for them. I often go there instead of calling despite 16 miles roundtrip. In summary, while I am not happy with BOFA Small Business products and, especially, service and shopping around for a better bank for my business, I know I will miss this branch.
