my prescription shows that the quantity of test strip 100 for 3 months. This was no changed for the last 10 years. But CVS changed the it for no reason and only provided me 50 strips. Obviously they made mistakes. They can't change the prescription without informing my doctor. When I questioned the pharmacist, they don't give me any reason and just let me call Insurance co. I was told that CVS was wrong for sure After I called my insurance about it. They haven't fix the issue for me so far!

Phone pharmacy operator was unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping my situation and getting my prescription refill a day earlier he instead told me to go to a different CVS.

CVS filled the wrong prescription and refused to admit error...Impossible to get on the phone...Prices are no bargain and people should patronize independent pharmacies that care. CVS is a corporation with no interest in doing the "right" thing, it's all and only about making money.....

This CVS is my go-to spot for all my pharmacy and household needs. It's conveniently located right off Schalks Crossing Road, with ample parking available. I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, whether I'm dropping off a prescription, picking up some groceries, or just browsing the aisles. What I love:MinuteClinic: This location has a MinuteClinic inside, which is super handy for those minor illnesses or injuries that need immediate attention. I've used it a few times for things like strep throat and sinus infections, and the staff have always been professional and efficient. The only thing I did not experience satisfactory was the nurse in charge at minute clinic. She was rude and not helpful. This was Friday evening 6:30pm time.

UPDATE: Drive thru is permanently closed due to shortage of staff. Isnt it easier and safer to manage drive thru with people being sick?Inside is an insane line and of course ENTIRE pharmacy closes for extended period until 2 for their lunch.Drive thru IS NEVER open. No matter when you go. And everything takes forever no matter how easy.

My doctor sent the prescription to this place last Wednesday. I received the Tex message that the prescription was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up the prescription today, the pharmacist told me that she didn't know what happened and there is no prescription in the system. There is no prescription ready. What a joke.

I called the pharmacy to provide them with my updated insurance as I was at work and needed a family member to pick up my Rx. However, when I called they said they cannot take it over the phone. I am not sure what good having the CVS app is if the information they provide on it is inaccurate. As it states, "Please bring your new insurance card to the pharmacy, or call to provide the info". I informed the pharmacy of this and they still could not take it over the phone. When you go on the app to email CVS and let them know, you can't even do that. It is grayed out. I was told you can send a screen shot of the insurance card to the family member but, that still makes them have to wait for the Rx. As the Rx is still in process and "not ready" until the new insurance card is given. Maybe if everyone was on the same page and the information was accurate the pharmacy would have less calls.

The air quality for one is poor, does anyone else’s eyes itch/hurt a moment after you enter the store. My eyes bother me each time I come in here which is thankfully every once in awhile. It doesn’t bother me before the store just during and a few moments after I leave the store

So annoying dealing with them. My doctor called in my meds twice and they said they didn't receive it, I gave them a soft copy of my prescription they say they can't take that as well.

I can’t believe I come here for two medications around 1:25pm. They gave me one , then asked me coming back at 2:00pm for another one because they needed to close for lunch . Even though another one was on the basket ( ready) .

This place is a joke. The minute clinic told me I was negative for strep when I was positive. They couldn't refund me the EXPIRED COVID tests that I had bought. And now this the THIRD time they have not had my prescibed antibiotic/medicine in stock. Seems like they are only good for tissues and nail polish ??♀️

1. Its simply impossible to read the name of desired medicine with yellow sales stickers on the complete shelf below each box.2. Not sure why every item is being sold a "Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off " !! Medication is required for only curing the symptoms, not for over consumption and resulting in expiration.Sincerely suggest to offer sale only for selective items rather on the every item on the shelf ......

I’ve lost my faith in most CVS stores, but one employee here helped me restore faith in humanity. Edna is such an amazing person and is so exceptionally helpful, often going above and beyond to help her customers. The world would be a better place if everyone treated everyone else like Edna treats her customers. Thank you Edna.
