Paid my balance in full and they continue to keep mailing me statements saying I still owe. According to their portal I don’t owe anything and they confirmed this over the phone yet they still keep sending me statements saying I owe. Very frustrating… coming up on 6 months of this runaround. Avoid.

I received a bill from them 5 months after going to Lower bucks hospital in Bensalem PA. My insurance company said that the hospital can't bill separately for labs outside the hospital. I'm not paying these jokers. We pay a ton a month for insurance and this is rediculous. How do they not have a lab??? I was in the ER. Next time I'll take my chances at Aria Torresdale ER.

I received a bill from Princeton Pathology Services..when I called to question the bill I was told these charges were for services that incurred at Lower Bucks Hosp and that they Princeton are out of network. How can a participating hospital send labs to an out of network provider without notifying the patient. Princeton told me I had no coverage and I owed the entire bill. I explained I have insurance but they refused to take my insurance information unless the insurance company called them. This seems like quite the scam Lower Bucks and Princeton Pathology have going on.

I never actually went to these doctors, but I got a bill from the after going to Kessel Dermatologists because they did the testing of my moles that were removed. They sent me a bill saying my insurance was rejected. I called them and left a couple messages. I never heard from them. After about another month, I got another bill. Still with no insurance payment. I called again, sometimes being on hold for 15-20 minutes. I left several messages. Still never received a phone call back. So, I called the doctors office directly and they had a Donna from billing call me. She was absolutely rude and basically called me a liar about saying that I called many times and left messages. In the end, she basically threatened to not submit my claim and blamed Kessel for not providing her with the proper insurance information. It is a shame that these doctors use such an unprofessional, inept person to handle their billing.
