I have been banking with PNC since 2004. Because of moving during that time I have used three different things locations. I have always been treated like I am their most important customer. They have been professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Left work early to make a deposit for my office. A guy wearing Tshirt greeted me in the lobby asking why I came in. As I told him that I had a deposit, I realized there was absolutely no tellers behind the counter. He first tries to tell me he can show me how to make a deposit at the ATM. I explained that this is not MY business & I do not have an ATM card. Mr Tshirt then tries to convince me to download the app to make the deposit. When I refused (again -it isn't my business), he went into the back for a moment & then came back to inform me that I would have to wait 10 minutes for a teller to be available. SERIOUSLY? No. This is unacceptable & it is the 2nd time this happened.

A few days ago, I had an interaction with Mr. Alexander Denis, the Assistant Branch Manager. He is very warm and knowledgeable. I am completely satisfied with his service.

Just had a terrible experience and wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes of my life due to an astounding level of incompetence and poor customer service at this branch. I’m thankful my personal accounts are at Wells Fargo which I’ve never had an issue with in my 15 years with them.

pnc is the worst bank of all time. they have extremely slow transfers compared to other banks, high unnecessary fees, and poor customer service. its taken me over a week to close a simple bank account. i would never recommend them to anyone, especially this branch.

Employees were really nice. Up until they asked me to give 10/10 on their reviews instead of 9/10. Looks like they were fearful to keep their jobs or something. Let them be human, tired of being treated nice for no reason.

Awhile ago I went inside to close my joint account. I checked back later and was shocked to see it was still open. Not sure why this employee is telling people she is closing accounts when she’s actually keeping them open. Isn’t this a crime?

Not sure why I always have a problem getting change for a $20 or any amount. The teller always ask me several questions about why I need change. Very strange to me.

Even though you reach 5-10 minutes before closing they will not take the document which they have to just collect and process later. They will ask you to come next day.

Zero stars. They don’t honor your previously scheduled appointments and it’s impossible to find someone with the slightest clue. Very confused how this bank can continue to run this way.
