I was unable to make an appointment because system is completely automated and the system refused to take my name even after repeated attempts and spelling it in detail. Went to a different facility where live people answer the phone.

Quest Diagnostics located in Plainsboro, NJ is an efficiently run lab. The experienced staff has this lab running on time with minimal wait times.
The techs are experienced making giving blood less stressful.

For starters, I wouldn't write this review if the phlebotomist weren't so professional. She did a great job, quick and easy, she definitely knew what she was doing. I thought I scheduled an appointment for 7:40AM. Unfortunately when I tried to checkin they couldn't find my appointment. Maybe I didn't fill it out correctly. Anyway, I waited an additional 40min to get my blood drawn, but once I got in there it was a breeze!

I scheduled my appointment online and placed the requirements for insurance. I checked in via text as my preferred form to contact once I arrived at my scheduled time. The technician called my name as I was opening the door. She was professional, kind, and polite. She did what was needed for my tests from my doctor and I was out of Quest within 10/15minutes maximum. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Only one automated check-in kiosk, and no human, so if the people ahead of you are slow, you lose your appointment and have to join the waiting list. Also bring earplugs unless you like loud ads on TV. The technician was quite competent, however, once I was finally out of the waiting room.

OMG STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. MY WIFE AND I RECENTLY HAD BLOOD DRAWN FOR LAB WORK. WE REQUESTED BUTTERFLY NEEDLES BE USED SINCE WE HAVE SMALL VEINS. (MY WIFE WAS A TECH) THEY REFUSED TO USE THEM. MY WIFE'S ARM WAS SWOLLEN WITH A HEMATOMA AND IT FELT LIKE A SREWDRIVER WAS BEING USED IN MY ARM.

Got up very early to go to my Quest office, it was crowded.I proceeded to get breakfast and proceed to my work location.While viewing other locations on Google maps and discovered another Quest office. It said schedule an appointment yet I proceeded.I arrived to find a welcoming staff and was told that appointments are primary yet the friendly phlebotomist said wait, it is a good day for you.I waited and had a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this location yet make an appointment. Professional, Friendly and attentive to your personal needs.
