The store's service quality has significantly declined. Previously, it was rated as a 5-star establishment, but now customers are left waiting at the cash register for extended periods. Today, I observed an incident that prompted me to abandon my items and proceed to another store. An Indian employee appeared visibly frustrated with her job, and a light-skinned female employee, who seemed to be a supervisor, was summoned to assist. Despite the presence of six individuals in the queue who had been waiting for over 10 minutes, the supervisor prioritized a male customer who had not been in line and assisted him with balloons and checkout. This preferential treatment caused understandable frustration among the other customers. It is recommended that the supervisor receive appropriate training or be relieved of her duties to ensure fair and efficient customer service.

There’s a girl that works at this dollar store, she is a cashier she is so sweet, pleasant, and very well spoken. whenever I come to this store it’s a major relief seeing her because she has such calming and sweet energy, it’s very angelic. I don’t know her name but she brings professionalism and kindness to this store ? Shoutout to her !!

We have been standing at the door for 15 mins denied to even be let in, The doors are locked they don’t close till 10 it’s only 935 there’s other customers in the store shopping and they will not let us in to just grab one gift card so do not shop at the store I don’t recommend it all the other dollar generals are amazing but this one they were rude they cost us they have terrible customer service and I want to let everyone know including management because something needs to be done how lazy and unorganized they are because we just drove all the way from Mayslanding to get here
