I get my coffee made the same way in any Dunkin i go to: 4sugar 2 cream it always tastes the same, every time i come here my coffee is off. They pretty much make the coffee however they feel like it, as I witnessed today,litterally reads the tag and just does it how she feels , then after i said something I’m pretty sure the lady just pour some out and topped it off, they make coffee blends for reasons. If you like your order to taste like nothing how you usually expect it to go to this location by the riggins gas station, when it come to there main thing that there supposed to be known for they fail. I recommend if possible go to a different Dunkin, this one makes things there way

They always close early, it says 8PM and by 7 they're closed and can't get anything, or a message will come up that they're closed, and you have to wait a min or 2 because they're hoping you pull away, yesterday they didn't have hot coffee, they never have muffins, and the manager chases any good employees out of there. 4 times a week my coffee is messed up, twice today. I'm so tired of this place.

Drive in was used via phone app. 1coffee and 1donut ordered via app should not take 15 minutes. Got to speaker waited for rep to acknowledge me then asked if I would be patient for a minute. Said sure and then 4mins later I had to ask if she was still there. She told me to pull forward to window, I did then waited 10 mins for coffee and donut. Coffee was weak. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Two guys working here had no idea what to do how to make food waited 20 minutes for a small order.I had to throw my coffee away warm nasty and then I have to ask wheres my donut were all out of donuts ???worst experience ever never again crazy.

this is probably the worst dunkin donuts ive been to, the girl read my order back to me right and then my drink comes out completely wrong. also ordered the new ice spice drink they didnt even make it right they gave me a regular iced coffee with pumpkin swirl and sugar

Went thru the drive thru around 940am or so today to get my order and ask for sweet black pepper bacon but idk that it came as a side of bacon- so I asked for the sandwich. I was parked and got my food - as I’m eating I find parchment paper in my food. I immediately turn around and go back. I ask for a supervisor bc I found paper in my sandwich -the young man says that they aren’t here. So, a lady named Helene comes up and says she isn’t here she counted money and left she literally worked 7 days. I said how are you running a shift without a supervisor?! Helene says because we know how to open the store.So a few patrons heard that I had paper in my sandwich one guy left and Helene says he doesn’t even get food he gets a coffee it’s not like she found a roach in her food. So she gets confirmation to refund me the money from the manager that was on the phoneAs I’m getting my refund Helene says well it was an honest mistake I watched them make the sandwich.I hope this location hires more employees and management because a shift without a supervisor is unheard of.I wish I could send video of the piece of paper folded into my food smhI get it we make mistakes but when it comes to folks food it’s nice if someone goes the extra mile to make sure it’s made correctly I

Waited 5 mins for someone to ask can I help you get to the window pay and waited another 10 mins finally got out my car and had to scream thru the lil window can I have my coffee I paid for! get the coffee get to the other side of the building the girl who I paid at the window was outside kissing some white dude he was driving a black mustang and the girl is a skinny black girl with braids in her hair the bit&ch need to be terminated immediately hope the owner reads his reviews and clean that dump up!!!

Order 590917 sulnida check 1642I asked for extra crunch on my butter pecan frozen coffee and didn’t do what I asked for. I also ordered a blackened bacon croissant sandwich and it was sloppy I’m very picky when I comes to my food I’m very disappointed, I wasted my money on this. 6/7/2023 12:28pm

Only go here for drinks. It’s understaffed and poorly managed. If you’re ordering food, be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru or inside. There are a few nice people that work here. Most lack professionalism, including the manager. She’s rude to employees and openly talks bad about drive-thru customers in front of everyone inside.

This review is for 915 N. New Road in Pleasantville NJ. I have been ordering from this store for the last five years. In years past I would walk in, order and wait for my order to be filled. Not a problem. Then I started calling my order in the day before I needed it because it was a large order. This year, I downloaded the app and would place my order and pick up time the day before as it was recommended to me by the store manager to use the app instead of calling. I have used the app the last three times (over the last month) and EVERY time I go in to pick up my order it is NEVER READY nor is the order even started! Today was the tip of the iceberg as all I needed was a box of coffee - NOT READY! The last two times my order wasn't ready the manager told me it was because the ordering system / machine was having issues. The last time I was fed this BS line I replied to the manager "that's what you told me the last time" - again this is the manager who recommended to me to use the app. I order the day before and I always ask for the order to be filled 15 minutes before I get there so I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT! Today, as soon as I walked in the counter help called me by my name and told me the order was being filled right now and they were brewing me a fresh box of coffee so it will be nice and hot. Again, I order ahead so it is ready. Some people (me) like to get to work on time ! The help is always nice at the store. Today the manager wouldn't even turn around and look at me (or apologize) or give me the BS story about the machine that controls the app orders was having issues. The manager kept her back towards me and pretended to be waiting for a drive thru customer. If I do go back here it is for convenience only on my way to work. The coffee was delicious and donuts typically fresh. Here are two pics I snapped of the back I was given and the sign staring me in the face to use the app. What a joke. And YES I always TIP the workers but NOT TODAY.
