Love this hotel and love the private little beach that it has to offer. 10 to 15 minutes away from whatever casino you go to.

Rooms quite dirty, very old stinky furniture. Breakfast sucks, All the service dishes were empty while people standing in line. Never seen such a bad service in life.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Atlantic City West, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
sad to say that, Unfortunately there are nothing surrounding the hotel
Noteworthy : Door dasher always lost on gps for this hotel wonder why. I had an incident 2 out of 3 times.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and very nice staff. We stayed one night Memorial Day weekend and the rates were higher than normal ($250ish) and tonight that same room it says is around $90. Like, why was it worth more last night? That kind of stuff is awful to me. It is price gouging and taking advantage of people basically. Anyway. Back to the hotel...its in a decent area as far as I could tell...some really heavy fog rolled in and we really couldn't see much of anything in the area. The a/c worked really well. The bed and pillows were reallllly comfy. The tv was nice. Breakfast was so-so. The normal fake eggs, cereal, apples, bananas, waffles, etcetera. The doors do slam really loud when anyone goes in and out of their room.

My boyfriend I had a wonderful stay at this hotel this past Saturday.(Mother's day weekend) check-in process was seamless, and the lady who assisted us (MAY) was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived until the day we departed. She even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade that offered a stunning view of the beach area.Speaking of the room, it was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness in hotels, I always conduct a thorough inspection. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was already spotless, and I didn't even need to use my own cleaning supplies. The room was well-stocked with towels, dove lotion, hand soap, and body wash, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the bolt on the door that added an extra layer of security, ensuring that no one could enter from the outside.The hotel had ample parking space, and the private beach at the back of the property was a true gem. With gazebos dotting the shoreline, it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We encountered no issues during our stay, and it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the nearby casinos were just a short 10-minute drive away. We also noticed that the larger, more expensive hotels in the area had received negative reviews, making us even more confident that we had made the right choice.Oh, and did I mention that breakfast was included and completely free? It was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.Rooms: Nice and cleanFood & drinks: Free breakfast

Over night person was really rude. I called the front desk at 12:30 am and told them there wasn’t any wash cloths in the room and was told that I have to come to the front desk to get them. I asked if someone could bring them to me and he said I had to come and get them. Me and my husband went to the lobby and he gave me two hand towels, I told him I needed wash cloths he yalled why am I mad they don’t have room service at night. Then he went in the back to get the wash cloths and throw them on the desk. This is the only hotel we stay at when we come to Atlantic City and this will be the last time we stay here.

May was the front desk hotel manager. Her reception was very warm and friendly. She was called ahead to help pull off a surprise and she did a great job. I think that this is one of the best hotels in the area that is non smoking and not too far from the Atlantic City boardwalk. The beach in the back is a plus. I would say this hotel is not fancy or fussy, but it is clean and practical.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels both in Atlantic City and along Black Horse Pike and this is the only one that has ever refused to give me a room because I was paying with my employer's credit card rather than a personal one. So heads up to any business travelers out there!

Great location! Beautiful view of Lake Bay with a private beach. About 22 mins from Atlantic City Beach. The staff was excellent! The room was pretty clean and the beds were decent. The lobby was very welcoming.

Clean and affordable- and breakfast was really good. Easy to get to all the places we needed to go. Definitely woukd stay again.Rooms: Very clean and they offer toiletries if you had forgotten anything there was shampoo and soap/ lotion available in the rooms. Bathroom was very clean.

It is very close to the center of AC, everything is very clean and organized, I would definitely returnRooms: The rooms are spacious, clean, they have a refrigerator, microwave, everything is very nice.Nearby activities: You can reach the casino, restaurants, bars, all very close in 15 minutes.Walkability: It is not a luxury hotel that is in front of the beach and the sunset looks very nice from the room oh if you want to be outside in front of the beachFood & drinks: Breakfast is very early that would be my only complaint ?
