Founded in 1923, Turtle & Hughes is one of the nation's largest independent electrical and industrial distributors. We are organized into two divisions. The Electrical Distribution division has a network of close to 20 branches nationwide and provides electrical services and solutions backed by a commitment to technical and product expertise.
They do not respond to customer inquiries and do not process refunds. I have been waiting for over 30 days on a item I did return and still no refund. Today they said they have no record of the return request.
