The store close at 5:30 and Amina closed the door so early and it was a group of people and she would not let none of us in and her attitude was just nasty !!!! all I had to do was drop something off it had a label already turned me and everyone away everyone was upset ! I even said we all will be have patience with her but she still refused ! This all happened 07/29/2025 @ 5:19pm

The lady who does the passport called us with her finger curled up in an inappropriateway, when my husband told her please do not do that with your finger and call us, its rude.. She started yelling and saying she will not give us service and she's the only one who can do passport applications there. We have videos of her disrespecting us front of our 2 children.
I will report her to corporate.

100% avoid this location if you need to mail a parcel. Customer service is awful; I wouldn’t be surprised if my package arrives to its designation damaged from them mishandling it. They have an I don’t care mentality. It’s so blatant it’s comical. Great reality TV opportunity! Stop by , pull up a chair and enjoy the show.

Do not waste your time coming to this location!
The first problem was that they opened 5 minutes late. Then a woman at the desk immediately rejected my package with a prepaid shipping label because it had a date on it that was from a few days ago (when the label was created). She said that I needed to ship the package out the day that the label was created, which was a policy that I never heard of in the many years that I’ve shipped out packages from USPS. This woman oddly emphasized to me that she was close to retirement and did not want to lose her job which is why she will continue to refuse my package. I asked for clarification on how to recreate a new label without paying for a new one, but she repeatedly said that she doesn’t know what to do. She told me to try a different location or figure out how to change a prepaid shipping label, then repeated again that she would not accept my package. I calmly asked her for some direction on how to get help, and she told me that she was not going to spend any more time “going back and forth” with me. I wish she had provided more information on how to get my shipping label appropriately changed, or if there was a way to prove to USPS that I dropped the package off today regardless of the day that the label was paid for. This woman’s lack of effort and her attitude seems to be a reflection that she has already mentally checked out into retirement mode. I would stay away from this usps location.
Update:
Went to the next closest USPS and the postal worker accepted my package without a problem. She was sweet and conducted business in a friendly way which is what I usually experience at USPS stores across the country. Do not waste your time coming to this particular location

Mail is constantly delivered to incorrect addresses. Whomever is putting mail in the mailboxes is certainly not checking numbers or street address.

If i could give them 0 stars i would, Patricia Mason is useless here and does NOT follow up with complaints about our mailbox making BLOCKED for the last 9 months which has been preventing us from getting our mail. We have called the police, consumer affairs, post office and no one can help us with this matter. If a car is parked too close on a public parking spot and it’s too close to our mailbox we simply don’t get our mail but they don’t seem to care. Patricia Mason doesn’t do her job and doesn’t follow up with anything and hasn’t called me back in 9 months do NOT call her for help because she will NOT HELP YOU !! Mailman can’t get out of the truck to deliver mail, THAT IS INSANE !! But wants to leave us notes about the mailbox being blocked even after we have begged for help to solve the issue. USELESS !!!!!!

This service is super horrible and they don't help anyone. It's crazy that they handle our mail. I have been trying to figure out info on my package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. On the 2nd day the carrier scans it as pick up customer request when I didn't. On top of everything I call get told on to pick it up here. I was the next customer the lady was supposed to help. I tell her I was picking up a package she said to step aside that she was going to help the other customer. Are you kidding me I was the next person up? After all the run around I have been doing to find my package. She was the only person up front on 11/16/2024. I called again to get more info on my package they sent me back to the same location. I might never see my package at this point. What's the point of delivery when I have to still run around figure we're my package is.
Update: we went to another post office where they told us that this location had the package. The lady went ahead and told us to go to where they hold all the mail. She gave us the colonial dr address and told us to go get our package there.

These people are just rude! The old guy is grumpy and should be looking at retirement. The other guy was the rudest person I've deal with in a while. How rude you ask?!?!? He close the cage in my face!!!!!!
