The problem with CVS seems to be universal. Pharmacists are probably poor managers. They need to focus more on customer service at the pick up and drop off counter. It's very disturbing to see one clerk handling pick up and drop off when two or three others are stocking shelves.

Waited on hold for 1 hour, 4 mins only to have the cow that answered the phone say we are helping people that are here and hung up?! Wtf

1 star is too many. The people in the pharmacy are so incredibly rude. My 80 year old mother drove half an hour to get her medication that was out of stock in her cvs. She went to the drive thru and had the window closed in her face because it was their lunch time. My mom was the only one in line, at the very least the woman could have said "I'm sorry iy is our lunch time. Can you come back in a half hour?" After their lunch mom went in to explain the situation and the woman who closed the window came up and said "we close for lunch, there's a sign, can't you read?!?" My mother was appalled by the behavior of this woman and the fact that the pharmacist did not seem to care. My mom then asked her name so she could complain to the corporate office and the woman said "I don't have to give you my name" I can't imagine ever being that rude of a person. Don't shop there.

Fantastic pharmacy! Will went above and beyond! The customer service and general kindness of all the staff that I experienced was a breath of fresh air from the normal lack of concern I seem to receive from everywhere else. I'm now a CVS customer because of this pharmacy, thanks again!E

I would give this CVS 0 stars at this rate... I have been waiting to talk to someone in the pharmacy for 52 min and no one has yet to answer the phone. I live over 30 min away from this location and they are the only ones who carry the medicine I need. After being on the phone with my insurance company back and forth with this CVS for 2 hours they said they will be filling my prescription. I am still on the phone waiting for someone to answer, and I called with my work phone at the same time to see if anyone would answer the front which they STILL haven't. I am beyond upset that I now need to drive over 30 min away to see if my prescription is ready. All I will say is that if it's not I'm going to lose it.... I would never recommend this CVS to anyone.

They give you an attitude. They can't seem to ever get my prescriptions when they get electronically sent and you typically sit on hold for about 45 minutes to an hour

Most of the regular staff are friendly, helpful employees. But I've never seen Richard, the pharmacist, be anything but condescending and rude to customers, and he often acts as though he knows better than the doctors. I've seen multiple occasions of him refusing to fill non-painkiller prescriptions because "the doctor made a mistake, shouldn't have prescribed this". Easily the worst pharmacist I've ever seen. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!
