“I just upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 16e at the T mobile location in Wall NJ. Due to the knowledge and help from Pat, the transfer of information from my 11 to my 16e was perfect! I was so relieved because I’m always concerned about losing information, especially pictures! Any issues I had he resolved them all before I left! During the whole process he was very pleasant, patient and helpful! T mobile is really fortunate to have an employee like Pat!!! I recommend the T Mobile in Wall NJ for anyone considering changing their phone service!!!!”

“Received a warranty replacement for a Motorola Android phone.
Since the unit being replaced had a damaged charging port, it was a bit more complicated transferring files to the rebuilt replacement phone.
Jawahn Banks did all the work for me, setting up the replacement phone and transferring all my files over. He saved me hours of time and frustration and I'm so grateful for his help.
The only thing left for me to do was to mail the old phone back to Asurion.”

He didn’t let us leave until we were completely satisfied with our new iPhone. I can’t praise him enough for how much we appreciate all that he did for us ! Many of the staff there are amazing but Jared was who we dealt with ! Verizon needs to offer this guy a promotion . He deserves high accolades for how well he promotes and represents Verizon. “Lewis came over the same day I called to see why my TV was not turning on. He was an extremely nice man. Figured out the problem in 10 minutes. He even showed me how to replace the part myself so I wouldn't have to wait for him to come back saving me time and money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has anyTV or stero problems. So worth the very small fee he charged to come over.”

“The guy on the late shift is really nice! He gave me some free extra buffalo wings with my pizza for no extra charge without me even asking! I've always liked this particular 7-Eleven for some reason, idk why, and I'm happy to see my convictions confirmed! I'd personally recommend this particular 7-Eleven over the one not a couple miles away down at 1100 River Road, the staff there are not nearly as friendly or nice as the staff at this location! Recommended with high compliments!”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”
