When in Point Pleasant , a must is having pizza pie on the boardwalk on the Jersey shore. Service was fast and the pizza was served hot. The restaurant overlooks the beach if you sit in the back. Some of the restaurant was closed for a Xmas event but the sweet security guard let us go to the secured area so could get a few pics. The pizza was surprisingly good. From the reviews, I was not sure if would like it since it was definitely different than Htown pizza. It was served in ginormous pieces and the sauce was what would hope to have. After using a few napkins to remove the extra grease on top from the cheese , a few bites and I was hooked. 2 slices later after learning the pizza jersy fold and I felt like a local. Having family there for a walk after eating on the boardwalk was worth the drive from Edison .

We had a good time we got there early enough found parking in the big public law walked around, played some miniature golf place. Some of the arcades tried to eat something healthy amongst all of the wonderful, smelling, unhealthy treats!! It's very crowded and they will check your coolers and bags getting on the beach Definitely don't think I could come here every weekend, but it was fun to stop by all my old stomping grounds

I took a chance and ordered the tacos with grilled Mahi, even though non-fried fish can be iffy at boardwalk food joints. They were surprisingly good. My preference would be corn instead of flour tortillas, but that's uncommon outside a Mexican restaurant. They were served with kettle chips, although you can upgrade to fries or onion rings.I sat at the bar off to the side near the front entrance, which is oval and has views of the boardwalk and side patio. The doors and windows were open, giving a nice airy feeling. The ambiance is above average for a boardwalk food spot.Security is in evidence, presumably to deal with prospective underage drinkers and unruly revelers. Perhaps this matters more when there is entertainment (which I gather there sometimes is). But it wasn't an issue on this Monday night. The bathrooms were clean and can accommodate a lot of potentially over-lubricated patrons. However, it's a little awkward to be confronted with a tip jar and someone handing you a paper towel at the sink. Perhaps this is a tradition left over from days of yore?

A casual, delicious stop on the boardwalk for a quick dinner with friends. Great service, good food, and quality drinks. Family friendly or girls night. It can carry all vibes!

If 10 chicken nuggets, a bit worse than burger kings, for $14 sounds good to you, then youre in

This is the spot to go to for everything you ever wanted from a beach bar. From beach badges, beautiful ocean views, great tiki bars, great food/cocktails, clubbing, and legendary cover bands. There is no place on the Jersey shore that offers more than here. A must go to for food and entertainment while you are visiting Point Pleasant!

Been eating here since I was a kid, and will probably eat here again when I'm half in the bag, because Jenks is the most convenient, has the most options, and is a quick service place to get food and drink. I usually don't write negative reviews but I want to give a heads up to people who aren't in a rush to get some food.( Go somewhere else). We were on the beach this eve to see a Disney band with the kids. 3 plain slices a small fry and a water was $30. Nevermind the price, i dont mind a number if the food is good, the slices of pizza were tasteless with rubbery cheese and doey crust you could chew for days. The 2 other pizza places closest on the boards would have been at least a 20 min wait. I was out in 5 mins here if thats what ur looking for and you have duckets to give. Also can get beer here reasonably priced possibly warm, depending on the day or mood. Good thing there are plenty of drunken bennys always around to keep this establishment forever prosperous.

Jenkinson's Pavilion is a mix of a restaurant, bar, tiki bar, and to go food. During the summer, the vibe is a mix of casual bathing suit wearing beach goers coming off the beach to people dressed ready to go out if you get there later at night. My family all 10 of us, went for the dinner before the Thursday night fireworks. As a side note, Jenks always has events going on during the summer months and often during the holidays during the off season. Anyway, we ate outside on the side patio. Service was fast and the server got all our orders correct. While I don't have any complaints about the food, it also wasn't great. We got a few sushi rolls and they all tasted the same. I also ordered the Mahi-mahi and it was a little under cooked for my liking. No one at the table had any complaints but also nothing overly positive to say either. Besides the restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, there is at least two inside bars, a small little dessert and coffee stand, and a few stands for ordering to go food. There is also seating inside and outside to eat the to go food. In the back there is a tiki bar and lots of seating. Although I haven't been there for a Saturday or Friday night I'm sure that the bar scene is goos. There were lots of advertisements for weekly entertainment and there was plenty of room for dancing. The bathrooms are really nice. There is an attendant there that will stop you if you look like you're coming right off the beach and carrying a bunch of stuff. It seemed like people were trying to change out of their bathing suits, which she would point them to a public bath room locate outside the pavilion to change in. Overall, you're not going to Jenks for amazing food, you're going because it's on the beach and the arcade and rides are nearby. Go for the vibes not the food and have a good time! Parking during the summer is around $10-25.

A bit over-priced for the amount of food you get! Posting $7-$8 for a large side of fries is out of control. And they are not that large - delicious, but way over priced for the amount of food you get.My Chicken sandwich was very good but smaller than the bun it was on. My wife wanted a burger but they will only cook medium or medium-well (like hockey pucks) - No Thank You!I guess the view is worth the price ?♂️?♂️?♂️

This afternoon, my boyfriend, my SERVICE dog & myself took a trip to the beach to get lunch. We called earlier letting them know we were planning to come with a service animal & they said it was okay, they prefer we sit in their outdoor area. While my boyfriend went in to confirm where to sit, I stood out front & a cop approached me to me to ask if my dog was a service animal & I said yes she is. He walks away, then a security guard outside was staring at me getting closer & closer making me feel uncomfortable. My boyfriend returns & says he was told we can sit anywhere outside, so to be respectful of the 1 other table outside, we pick a table furthest away from the other one. All of the security inside is staring at us through the doors, then it's like they waited for us to get comfortable & a guard comes out. He asks if she's a service animal, I said yes, he says oh well I'm sorry (I guess wasn't expecting me to say yes?) we don't allow any animals except Tuesdays after Memorial Day. At that point, we felt so uncomfortable & just wanted to leave rather than fight back. Just FYI, in New Jersey, the law requires public accommodations to allow people with disabilities to be accompanied by a service dog or guide dog. And why is no one working on the same page? We always try to go places that are dog-friendly to be respectful to people around us, because we do understand not everyone is comfortable around animals. But it's absolutely ridiculous the way no one communicates. I will never be going back.

The pizza is the best! Although it is very pricey, it is delicious! It was a little over $50 for a pizza, fries, and a fountain drink. The pepperoni made the pizza taste great. Definitely would be great to visit in the summer.
